im an electrician and wire the control side of heating systems weekly. if i was to build a house or ever redo mine id put underfloor heating in without a doubt.
you can create a constant temp’ throught the downstairs no hot spots no cold drafty spots. yes, it does take longer to heat up but if you have an efficient boiler then you just leave it tick over constantly. once the mass off the floor has heated up it takes little work to keep it at that temp’
like said before insulation is the key too, as its going to be an extension building regs will ensure your insulation is up to standards but going a little further with it wont hurt.
once its all in and working you can sit back and enjoy a warm house and look at all your spare wall space and smile 🙂

9 inches sounds good to me 🙂 im not sure what to do really as i tend to drop my post right down out of the way on the downs. just thought on those rides where the route changes constantly it may be a handy thing…

great ride sat, maybe too short for some but with the sociable beer stops it made a great day out on the bike i think. as for needing hardcore etc.. its a ride in the welsh hills not a trail centre. i thought the muddy single tracks were great fun but i am a local so maybe a little bias.

i wish the chap with the knee injury a speedy recovery looked nasty.

ive used osteopaths for years. there are two main options as far as i know.. “cranial” which is tiny movements that seem to do nothing at the time but does work or did for me!! and what i call the click crunch method that is when they use force to move joints etc

but i fell from a great hieght a few years ago and none seem to be able to do anything for me this time round. so ive just started to see a sports masseuse which so far is showing results… so watch this space.
overall i feel that different therapies work for different people so it may be that you need to try a few till you get it right!!

i have to agree with alot on here. your not going to get much for that money. i have a vw bay window camper that is just about big enough for 2 and a dog. but i do have a huge drive away awning that has 2 double bedrooms in it and space for sitting eating etc…
4 people in a camper is tight, only thing big enough maybe a t25 viking with the bunks in the roof space.
you will get a bongo for that money and even tho im a vw nut they are excellent value……but tiny!!! you will need an awning to go with it.

myself and some friends bought the magic shine led lights. £100 and they are awsome. you can dim them, have the main light on or the two smaller or all three together. for the money i think they are excellent. check out the magicshine website

don simon is right, we drove our landrovers through 23 counties in 22 days last summer and alot of them in various countries flash to say they are coming through. took a while to realize that. nearly drove over a few small cars 😉 as you probably know you need the high vis vest, warning triangle, spare bulbs and dont forget your light benders!!!

i gave up a while ago and it was the best thing i ever did!! luckily i didnt smoke for all that long but long enough to know its a waste of money, makes you stink, costs you a fortune and makes it harder to ride your bike 😉
