You can convert a 2012 spicy to 140mm travel by using the longer shock ‘extension’ from a 2012 Zesty & a 200 x 56 shock .. the linkage is the same.

£30 and the place is excellent. Most powdercoaters carry regular stock of black, slate, grey etc with the odd primary and you have to order in if you want a different colour. This place (Stockport) has ALOT.

It rides really good, the size of the tyres coupled with low pressure gives amazing grip in sloppy mud & drives over the top of snow where a normal tyre just sinks in, plus they really smooth out rocky downhills.

On the downside they weigh a ton & are very draggy on tarmac.

Definitely give the bike more ‘fun factor’ when conditions demand them, well worth having a set in the garage without the major expense of building a proper fatbike

Just got a pair of these in 10 1/2 but they’re to small, anybody want them before I take them back, or exchange for an 11?

Cruzheckler, I stand corrected on that, thanks for pointing it out, I was under the impression that a 56/57mm stroke shock gave you 140. In that case you could get a Prophet up to 6″ travel providing there are no clearance issues.Maybe someone could check if its possible?
