now ive seen the 305 im tempted by that but all the negative pace customer service comments would put me right off buying a new frame, took the 303 round cannock yesterday, thought she road great but definatley harsh at the back as people have said, my ass is killing today, lol

sounds like a plane, but quite fancy one of those badboys, slightly off topic but whats the resale value on these forks i see there mega money new but is there much of a market for them second hand?

another lovely black frame, grrr lol, i was worried about the chipping/flaking on the black, nevermind eh.
crisped wheel i like the idea of the longer forks, just the option to up the travel when needed appeals to me – suprised at the amount of negative pace customer service comments, is that as a result of them not standing up and admitting a problem with the cracking seatpost/gusset area?

try cycle surgery they seem to run fantastic offers on 5.10’s i bought the freerides from there 50 quid delivered, ton ive got the free running as well ive been riding in mine and think there brilliant for flats much better than impacts or freerides for me anyway(may fall apart after a bit though)

Hi Adam weather kills it mOre than a lot of places from what ive seen, it’s pretty tame but the downhill and skills courses give it a boost in my book

Hi mate only been riding 6 months myself sherwood is great, but so badly signposted and mapped as you say, +1 for the tech shop there to maintenance is really cheap etc wheeltruing brake bleeding , try cannock it’s a little more technical than sherwood but stick to the dog and you’ll be fine happy riding

How do you find it with the fox on, as the front end feels really heavy to me with the e150

    paulo6624

Thanks colin is the 09 the sameish spec as mine? I’m just uncomfortable selling something thats worth a grand on the bay, sure it would be fine just worries me a little

    paulo6624

I may be wrong but I assume that the pitches front end would be lighter an that’s my only issue with the enduro the stem feels long and as it’s the e150 short of swapping the forks there doesn’t seem to be a lot I can can do, really just throwing it out there to get some opinion like yours to se if people think I’n mad or it’s worth doing

dont use city link or if you do be sure to take out mega insurance i sold my rockhopper before xmas and they have managed to lose it, and they have no interest in compensating me, how much are you looking for for the 1.7 by the way?

interesting stuff there ahwiles, it appears that i have a habit almost bending my feet around the pedals on the backlift, 5 tens seem so stiff that it almost makes this impossible i also think that the feedback through the shoe is lessened quite a lot, im thinking 510’s just dont suit me but thanks all for your comments

Of course I could bunny hop before or I wouldn’t have asked the question, and they are my first five tens, I usually wear dc or etnies type shoes.
There is an old saying, there’s no such thing as a stupid question, just stupid answers.

nice one guys some really good comments coming through, i hadnt checked stock yet edoverheels, im still weighing everything up as i really like the rock been a very good beginner bike

Looooonng , lol the rock initially came with 100mm recons but I put some rebas on they are 100’s but I believe that they have a removable spacer to up them to 120 mm.

When I said ruffer I wasn’t talking whistler mountain , up to now the monkey at Cannock us the pinnacle of my extreme riding, lol ideally wanna grab some time in the peaks/lakes on some more natural terrain this year.

So looking at on – ones site it states( off the top of my head) 4-6inch travel compatible which is why I thought about transplanting the rebas

i had never been riding to foremark untill today, i was heading up to carvers rocks at one point just to have a mooch around but i started sinking into a bog which i think used to be a field so not being bear grylis i turned back, sounds like i should have stayed on track.

Great idea with the sat pic spoon. Spark there are several signs near the new wooded part but I couldn’t work it out via the mAp sounds very much lime what the guys above have said. I’ve heard of Robin wood but never been, where Is the quarry very interested in that?
