rear drop outs are 10mm (front are 9mm)

so you should have no problems fitting a bolt through axle

if i was to build one again, i’d cover the track in road stone and then build the pump track on top.
also i’d find something to surface it with.

mine is only ridable when its dry, local dirt is pretty much all clay
may get round to rebuilding it this year as it’s ****…

if any of the fatbikes being lusted over on this forum get ridden seriously on a beach for any length on time, I’ll eat a substantial proportion of a hat.

the difference in stiffness is very noticeable! (very average rider)

i went with the bos deville, cheaper, lighter and only need servicing once a year at most.

the only down side is the travel is not easily adjustable and once done you cant go back to 160.

went from an old fox 36 to the rev then to a bos deville…

so to me they felt noodley/flexy. i weigh 195 lbs, average rider, not rad gnar core :D

how do you think you’ll do at the world cups this year?

    pastcaring
    Free Member

no experience of the lyriks but…

the rev was ok but felt it was a bit noodlely, imo could of done with a bit more compression. it was either not enough or locked out. personally i wouldn’t sacrifice stiffness for a smallish weight loss.

Training, education, opportunities and culture/ethics probably have more to do with their situation.

On the paying one – The whole of the UK including Scotland is paying for the London olympics, Scotland alone pays for the Glasgow commonwealth games.

where does scotland get it’s money from? 8O

and if the government hadn’t spent the money on the olympics, they would of spent it on expenses!

, but overall bring more money/investment into the country than the UK spends on them.

i thought most of the olympic games run at a loss?

UK pays for jolly for the rich Cockneys.

UK pays for jolly for Manchurians

you seem to be ignoring the fact that the hole country payed for the common wealth games?

MPs are London centric, waste of time. Sorry I stand corrected. Tony Blair supported Newcastle while he was PM, he must have been a Geordie in disguise.

Least I can have a moan on here. Nobody seems to have really told me why the rest of the UK should pay for London’s Olympics.

manchester commonwealth games! was it only manchester that payed for that?

imo the whole thing is a complete waste of money, but thats another thread…

Thought you weren’t suppose to purge the grease

whoops  yes you are correct!

    from turner

    Lube Zerk Fittings –
Your frame has five (5) Zerk fitting locations which should be lubed every 3-6 months in normal-dry conditions and every 10-20 hours in wet conditions.
tip::. Refer to the diagram below for all of the Zerk Fitting locations on your Turner.

When Lubing use a bent tip needle grease gun and inject just enough grease to pressurize the system.
DO NOT Purge The System, EVER.

no creeks here, (well not from the frame, bb doesn’t sound well)

when i grease through the zerks, grease is purged out the sides. maybe try a different grease gun? i’m still using prep m.

i moved to east sussex 15 months ago. there’s some really good single track around. plenty of woodland , you just gotta get out and explore. you might need to ride a few cheeky footpaths but i’ve had no problems from walkers, the opposite in fact… but then i’m very polite, always pull up to the side of the trail and let them pass… horse riders (not all but at least 50%) on the other hand have been complete knobs!

that one ^ changes ha by 1/2 degree and drops the bb by .25 inches.
if you use two, 1 degree and .5 inch bb drop. if they fit?

    i could only fit one…
