cynic it could have been but never got it from climbing on a bike, saddle has to come down for hills other wise it tries to violate me, then i forget how high it was up. I ride quite a lot so its a tad annoying might move my saddle forward and try that once pains gone down.

Cheers, only ever had it from running last year before, saddle height is a bit difficult to judge as i move it up and down all the time,

Ill try these exercises and get a foam roller. guess its a couple of weeks off bike.

ridden the blue pig and I have a 456 summer season, very similar bikes but obviously I prefer my 456 and its cheaper.

also raw with orange graphics on the 456 is amazing

worst tyre Ive ever used the rocket ron took it to wales and the rocks killed it twice even with really high pressure the side walls compress too much and snake bite,

wouldnt concider ever putting it back on as most of my riding is in the peaks.

just swaped my very bent rim with a shiny new one, just taped the rims together and moved the spokes one at a time, very easy just took time to make sure they were all tightened uniformally was my first time very imprest with myself

Rob i can confirm they bend like swiss cheese I was not happy, no getting to bottom of hill as it bent so much the seam split.

Overkill is better than underkill especially with by front wheel first landing technique coupled with Im sure I can ride that attitude

Cheers Ill look at the Mavic EX721, Ive a 150mm of travel on front so hopefully a tough rim and that should enable me to keep picking the wrong lines on the downhill. for les arcs im gonona be putting 2.5 dual ply minions on front so hope thoses lifts are good.

it was a DT swiss of a spesh enduro 2010,

yeh Im quite a heavy rider in fairness I was going too fast for my own ability but was fun till i had to walk back to the car park.

Cheers Rob ill have a look at thoses im in same opinion now non of this light weigh stuff, struggle to get up the hill as long as at bottom bikes in one piece.

well group im going with are not full DHers but when in rome we’ll try all the courses. Ive learned from last year dual ply tyers so many punctures. after watching videos there dosent seem to be much that tough and as long as it dosent have morzines terrible breaking bumbs which destroyed me I think my HT will be fine after all the great riding shes done this year it would be a shame to leave her in garage. plus theres less to go wrong as repairs in resorts are pricy
