It’s quick enough on road with a set of slicks it would only be limited by the gearing for keeping up with a full roadie. Off road and on rough roads it just glides along the dropper is a surprisingly useful addition on road for fast descents. In general it just feels stable no matter what surface your on. The flared drops are mega comfy as-wel. The finish on the frame and forks is superb with lots of handy mounting points for guards bottles and bags.

It’s a topstone I wasn’t sure on the tan walls but in the flesh they’re rather nice.

Mech hanger drop out worth a spot of grease.

Dosnt matter of its decent or crap by the sounds of it, it’ll be scrap before long.

A new motor/fan is probably less that 100 shouldn’t be too hard to replace diy even the resistor pack will be cheap aswell. A 2nd hand ones prob about £50 if you want to do it even cheaper. Have a look see if you can get the old one out it may just need cleaning out and a spray of wd to get it spinning,

I put a hope pf 46 in mine 7000km ago not a squeak or creak since. Check stuff like mech hanger and chainring bolts before you write the bb off tho.

I’m a mechanic so generally don’t bother showering until I finish work.
