I bought one recently for my eeb. No problems so far, lots of light. I bought one of these bar clamps for it though for a more secure fit. – https://www.westbrookcycles.co.uk/lezyne_led_handlebar_mount_kit_y6-11_lights-31449?_kx=vTjeN-6QhmnXAD5Tkq1T6dUPpyrt7J-2p9OOScJBK4A.RPQ2Jz

You can set it to race mode or something which gives it just two modes – high and low if like me you don’t want to cycle through a load of unnecessary modes.

Mods, can you please remove all the miserable curmudgeon posts in this thread. Some people are just so miserable they can’t help but try and bring everyone down to their level.

Good on him for raising many thousands for kids. Any of you miserable bastards raising thousands for kids? No, I didn”t think so.

    Christ, this place.

Kidney stones here too. Three times i’ve ended up at A&E begging for morphine, which they gave me. It’s the kind of pain that you could normally only handle for a few seconds but it goes on for hours and hours.

“I heard some really good things about The Day Before recently.”

It’s been canned by the developers a week after release on steam. Failed to deliver on it’s promises and got slaughtered in the reviews and by livestreamers.

Only releasing on consoles, no mention of PC release date. Dang.

BBC Income, year 22-23:   £3.74Billion from licence fee, £2.11Billion commercial income. Total £5.85Billion.

(info tucked away on page 48 of 246 page Annual report) – https://assets.publishing.service.gov.uk/government/uploads/system/uploads/attachment_data/file/1169710/BBC_annual_report_and_accounts_2022_to_2023.pdf

Quite how they manage to spend £5.85B a year is beyond me. (actualy it isn’t. My friend used to work as an IT contractor at the BBC. Him and everyone around him were earning six figure salaries. Also extremely generous pay for their presenters.)

It’s a gravy train with a guaranteed income whether or not they produce much quality content.

I can think of a few better places the money could be spent.

The only people whose opinion really matters in this is the riders and they seem ok with it so..

I keep Koi. If you could get a quick snap of the fish I may be interested or at least tell you if they are likely to be worth much. I assume the pond is getting shut down also so maybe get a pic of the equipment, filters, air pumps, uv’s etc. That stuff can be worth a bit depending what it is.

You can click on a person/bike/whatever on the screen and it will follow on some drones. Even circling them or whatever while it does so. Drones are pretty clever nowdays.

Sandwicheater: I didn’t have Honda Izy money and our local engineer said they struggled too get parts for Hyundai.

    Ended up with a Cobra with a Honda engine;

    Cobra MX460SPH Self-Propelled Petrol Lawnmower

Only used it a few times but seem solid.

This is what I think I’ve settled on. Bonus that it mulches too. I’m going to look after this one.. thanks for all the suggestions.

Absolutely just ban trendy wood burners for houses that have gas at least. Sick of smelling that shit every time I walk out the door. If you live in the sticks and have no other option then fine.

Despite being told the battery is ok, it probably isn’t, especially if it has been repeatedly run low. I would get a new battery first / as well.

Can we get a separate thread for everyone ragging on the monarchy?

This thread “Thoughts with the Queen and her family” is clearly for people to express their sympathy, not to attack the monarchy. Despite what most of you say, a lot of people admire and respect the monarchy and are reasonably upset to lose our monarch of 70 years.

Probably comes with tubes. These will do it – https://www.wiggle.co.uk/continental-quality-road-inner-tube-1
Choose: Black presta 42mm (assuming it has presta valves, probably does)
    Size: 700 x 28-37 tour 28 (the 700×32-47 will also fit)

northenmatt: Zoom cable hydraulics £34 on ebay for front and rear which is nearly a quarter of the price of a single HY/RD caliper.

Have you got a link for them on ebay, i can only see them for £35 per end. Thanks.

The big table up there, Macron refused to do a pcr test in Russia as he didn’t want Russia to get his DNA, hence the super large socially distanced table.
