    Elbow: Good, but no surprises.
    They’re doing Radiohead covers?

Radiohead: What happened in the last 20 years…
    They constantly innovated?

That I would pay to see :) Although, its questionable when necessity is the mother of invention, what have Radiohead been running from?

George Ezra: Weird voice, one good song.

    Elbow: Good, but no surprises.

Lorde: Mediocre with touches of brilliance.

Radiohead: What happened in the last 20 years…

EDIT: Surly ironic cheers at Radiohead gig?

I’ve been trying to get Yorkshire Tea bags for the past month…

    It’s just awful.

    I’ve a stash of 4000 teabags if you’re anywhere near Estepona :)

Those with PowerCal; if I already have a Garmin cadence and speed sensor can these be used by the PowerCal or must I have the PowerCal sensors anyway?

    POSTED 1 DAY AGO # REPORT-POST

I use the PowerCal with Garmin speed/cadanse sensors on my 800 Edge no problem :)

My daughter loves her Orbea MX trail 24. 10 speed, air forks that work and it’s not heavy.
Really good little bike, should be cheaper in Spain too!

IMHO – It’s useful, but in order to build good form, you need to do lots of mid-distance rides but not go into the red too much. It certainly prefers distance over elevation, as this year I’ve already done 47,630m but only 2,303Km.

I should quantify, I meant ‘money’ is relative but I’m not spending £1.5k

On the ‘money ‘ note, I agree, but for my the lightness of the Islabikes and the fitting of the components really made the difference in my kids being confident and mobile on their bikes rather than struggling with a heavy old gate. I’ll check out the recommendations, but gears and suspension are likely a need as we’re in Spain and the hills are real and lumpy :)

Definitely go for it. Schooling on chronological ages is arbetry anyway. One of the main thing for kids of that age is reading, and the opportunity of explority learning. If you delve into the cultures, communities and environments of the countries you visit, it’ll be one of the richest educational experiences possible, including the social element.

I live in San Pedro de Alcántara near Marbella. While certain spots along the Costa del Sol are ‘nice’ in a manufactured way, it’s not somewhere I would choose to go on holiday. It’s hitting about 30c now, and from what I’ve heard from our friends here 40c plus in summer is expected. The only real way to get around is on the A7 so traffic is also an issue. However, as has been mentioned Tarifa and Bolonia are up the road and are great for beach days. Not much going on in the town mind, and there are some camping place along Playa de los Lances which is a great surf/wind-surf/kite-surf spot. Ronda, IMHO is great. Ok the main attraction is the bridge but the town itself is authentically Spainish and is great to explore. Somewhere not mentioned yet is Estapona, great beaches, fantastic old town and nicely located to explore the area. Either by car, or indeed cycling there are loads of great areas nearby. The Roman baths at Sabinillas, the castle at Gaucin not to mention Los Reales. There should be loads of eagles and vultures if nature is your thing and there is a wildlife park nearby called Selwo. Sometimes it’s nice heading inland and exploring the Pueblo Blancos.

    UNDERNEATH!!?? You heathen!

On top, and browned under the grill is the proper way

Nooooo!!! Underneath with lots of butter to form a delicious fatty substrate between the beans and the toast :)

eat what you want til… go to sleep.
Excellent – eat until you pass out. Totally hardcore approach…!

OP – did you eat the beans on toast once home or did you demolish something else? If no then I reckon that’s why you craved the toast. If not, **** knows. Perhaps you’re a conduit for the desires of those suffering the Atkins diet…
