I think £10 per month is far too high for something that relies on a full-time data connection.
I wont be paying. I’ll put up with the restrictions for now and see how it goes.

I’ll be using Last FM a lot more again now I think.

£10 option allows you to save tracks for offline listening on your computer and phone. I don’t drive around streaming everything on my phone. It would cost a fortune (in data) and the quality is only 60kbps compared to 320 when you’ve downloaded tracks in offline mode.

We had a £1400 water bill. A leaking shower, which the landlord had been informed about and not acted on was the culprit.

Cheers for that. We’re quite small so it’s not a massive issue – tens rather than thousands of messages a day. I don’t even see them, it’s my boss who’s getting annoyed at deleting stuff out of his inbox.

I’d say it depends on 1) How much of a nuisance she actually perceives you to be, compared to how much she likes to make a fuss and 2) if she actually wants to sell her house or not.
