Ive got a set of these: Sennheiser PMX70 Sport Headphones

Sound good and dont move, but crap for planes, trains etc as the rear band just pushes them off your ears.

Wish they came in other colours than luminous green though.

Great entertainment, one thing I have noticed about this years contestants is that all of them look as though they dress from Next and TM Lewin (in fact some of them look as though they have slept in their clothes) where as contestants in previous years have genrally been real try hards on the clothing front, T&A shirts, tailored suits and Hermes scarves etc

Ive got the flash/flare rechargeable set.

No problems with the brackets and knocking the light sideways on mine, no problem with the switching either.

The are expensive for a commuter set, but I don’t mind paying for my safety one little bit.

    Some pics here if interested:

I am having Glazed Salmon with Brown Rice. Nom Nom Nom

    Glazed Salmon with Brown Rice
    Bill Granger

    2 tablespoons julienned fresh ginger
    2 garlic cloves, sliced
    3 tablespoons oyster sauce
    3 tablespoons sweet chilli sauce
    1 tablespoon soy sauce
    700g salmon fillet
    200g bok choy (pak choy)
    1 tablespoon mirin
    1 tablespoon soy sauce

    to serve:
    steamed brown rice

    1. Stir together the ginger, garlic, oyster sauce, sweet chilli sauce and soy sauce in a large bowl. Cut the salmon fillet into large chunks, add to the bowl and leave to marinate in the fridge for at least 15 minutes to up to 1 hour.

    2. Preheat the grill (broiler). Arrange the salmon chunks in a single layer on a large baking tray and cook under the hot grill for 7 minutes (the fish should still be pink in the centre).

    3. Meanwhile, halve the bok choy and steam or blanch for 1 minute, or until tender but still bright green and crisp. Spoon the brown rice into serving bowls, top with slamon and pan juices and serve with bok choy. Mix together the mirin and soy sauce and drizzle over the bok choy.

Underfloor heating is better for you health. Radiator systems transmit heat via convection, which by its very nature creates a circulation of dust within the room. With underfloor heating the heat is transmitted by radiation thereby reducing the amount of circulation so that the air that breathed is cleaner and less allergenic.

Also heat rises from radiators, so in a room you first have to heat the ceiling, which wastes energy, underfloor heating heats the zone you are in. Also radiators are FUGLY and limit room layouts

EDIT: Also because UFH systems operate at lower temperatures you make saving straight away in fuel costs. If you have a condensing boiler you will benefit in increased efficiency and savings

Ive had a bunged up runny nose for a few months now, suffered from bad hayfever in the summer, but it cant be that now.

Been doing some reading up and I am convinced I have a dairy intolerance. Apparently too much dairy causes mucus and releases histamines which can give you a blocked/runny nose.

Thinking about getting allergy tested to see if this is what is causing it.

EDIT: Its not just Milk you need to consider also cheese, butter, yogurt cream etc

Dairy products contain casein, a mucus-forming agent. It is the dominant protein in milk and other dairy items. Foods such as milk, cheese, yogurt, ice cream and butter all contain casein. It has a glue-like texture and histamine-creating properties, both of which cause increased mucus production and nasal congestion.
