I use pokerstars which i find very good
I find that Pokerstars favours the ‘fish’ and 9 times out of 10 I’ll go out to a ‘bad beat’. It does have the best tournaments though, big prizes.
Full Tilt is now up and running again, I find it very good.
Coral is my favourite though, smaller games but much more chance to win.
The advice above is good, I treat it like a hobby and my bankroll is $20 a week, which is a reasonable cost for something that I enjoy doing. I cash roughly 50% of the time and one day I’ll win that Sunday million…
Cash games are a no-no in my book, even at 1p/2p blinds it’s easy to lose lots. I think it’s much better to play in a sit and go or a tournament, where you buy in to play, so you know what the most you can lose is. Give it a go and good luck.
im looking for some wear that i can play players that play poker and not bingo
Don’t try Pokerstars!
Coral is more like ‘proper poker’ with people who have a bit more respect for smaller stakes.
But this
The unfortunate paradox in poker is that at the lower levels no-one plays “properly” so you can’t learn to play against skilled opponents because no-one cares about the money. If you play higher levels you will see decent players in action but at the same time you’ll get torn apart and might lose a lot of money as a beginner.
is very true.
