I’ve got a fibre flare and agree with most that the sealing is poor.it won’t even work flashing due to water ingress.seems fine on constant.its expensive for what it is and does.

I’ve got avid elixirs and can’t wait to rid myself of them.all the bad press here though I might be hard pressed to sell in the for sale section!

Weeksy how do you get on with the mud x,s ? I have a fish with ralphs but the rear clearance is tight.would like abit more traction in the gloop!

Word of advice, use the sealant sparringly you dont want it going inside the sump onto the oil strainer/pickup as it will cause more problems.

me and the wife have a cannondale tandem.it also has avid arch v brakes which has plenty of stopping power.tandems are great fun.the only annoying thing is people that says its cheating and “do you know shes not pedalling” weve heard it so often its like groundhog day!

light could equal expensive.id probably choose and inbred then upgrade the frame as necessary.if the deal doesnt work then shipping on wont be an issue.could even use drops on it as well.what about a salsa fargo? pretty much do it all then if you want to ride far and away load it up and go! happy days :D

ive got a set of magura durin sl100mm .ace forks with buttery smooth action and stiff as anything out there.1400grms so really light.no adjustment apart from air pressure.ive pumped them up abit cause i like a solid feel as well.swapped them for pikes for the adjustment but may keep the maguras for future swappage.reasonable money now as well secondhand.

im 5,9 and got a spearfish in medium.the fit is great so id go for a medium.it gives you more standover than a large for the really steep downy bits.
