i live not to far away. i have heard of this area 41 but have been told that its CRAP.

there are loads of bridal ways and paths out that way. also leith/pitch holmbury are all with in 30-45min drive.

you have epsom downs about 20 min ride away and im lead to belive there is loads to ride round that way.

there is a good bike shop down in drift bridge (corridorri cycles)

yep the way you have it fitted is correct!

dont cut the steerer too short! you may want some stackers in there.

put a few on top then you can have a play with the hight and once you have the correct hight you can cut the excess off.

thats just a hybrid. im with oldgit on this, i would much rather be on the drops in a head wind (seems to be all the way round the football pitch) and there is no such thing as comfort in a cx race!

we had some petrol and decided to decanter it to our “multi fuel” burner but spilt some on the floor (not much) any way we decided to light up and cook some muscles we had scavenged and a fish we caught.

we lit the burner and BOOM our room went up! me and my oppo just looked at each other for about 5 seconds before stamping the thing out! 3 day later we had had enough! phoned our mate back in MPA he managed to “borrow” a Land rover and came to rescue us at midnight! all because of snow!!
