erm hard to say as cx is a buyer market sort of thing as it is quite “niche”

i personaly would not pay more than £100 inc postage as you can get nice carbon rear ended kinesis for £160 2nd hand.

i would call/go to the shop and ask them what they will do about it??? they may be suprised that it was a 07 bike and offer to swap it or give you some cash!!

an 09 frame is £341 so i would be looking to pay £250 max for a good 07 frame!

its all to do with pawl engagement i love the sound of clicky hope wheels!!! but other prefer the silent shimano

put some greese on the pawl surfaces to stop the clicking noise!! but not to much as the hub wont engage any more

    b) he has always got the dog to do what he has said before so i would not worry as it is a trained dog and listens to its owner!!

After 3 years, you probably needed a new pair anyway.

i have heard that running/training shoes (not trainers that you go to the shops in) should be replaced once a year!!

He also has both brake levers stacked on the right bar so he can squeeze both at once,

you know with hydro brakes you can link two or even more calipers together and run them off of 1 lever. you basicly you run a hose from the bleed nipple on a caliper to the other caliper but still have the bleed nipple on it. can mail you more details if you want!! mail in profile.

i used to ride with a guy with 2 arms but he could only use 1 of them (the other had to be velcroed on to his bars) he showed me the set up and i also had to Bleed them.

There’s some suspicion that it might have been RAF or army. Both have adventure bases close by and are not always the most responsible when let loose in the countryside.

We (the army cycling union) was at capel cruig and as far as im aware the mtb’ers all went home on thursday night and there was only 7/8 of us max.

i feel highly offended that we (the armed forces) are getting the blame again!! even if it is some thing as niff naff as this.
