    the only other idea i have is to send it out as freight from 17 port (where i work) a ship leaves every 2 weeks for port stanley!!

    no surely the cable will strech when he is off the bike as when he is on it the sag will make the cable slacker????

    try your limeter screws try taking your lowest one out by a turn and a half

    sounds like your mech is worn out so when tension is put on the pedals the mech pulls over IE towards the wheel.

    tom- buy you self a BMX liear brake cable in pink. it is the same as mtb gear outer!!

    a wheel build is going to cost about £60 inc spokes.

    but do it your self wheel building is easy once you have masterd it

    i love my job,

    i get to shoot guns, do a bit of welding here and there go fishing go out on "test" runs of new boat's built for the army and every so often (every day) go out on the jet ski to make sure its running ok!!

    but i hardly get out on my bike!!

    is it in the lowest gear?? if so it should just slide through with no problems..

    make sure its in the lowest gear 1st off.

    have you taken the top carbon cover off?? if so then thats correct.

    after that it is fairly easy!

    Ended up leaving a little early as the music was so loud the drinks were moving across the table!

    b&q do plasicoat (sp?) i would also laquer the bike once it is done.

    i always had this problem with my 4 pots and sanding the rotor helped.

    i know it sounds crazy but a light sanding of the rotor surface may help.
