The police do not have any direct access to any water cannons on the uk mainland. The only ones they have any direct access to are in northern ireland. I’m not sure if the military have any, if they do the MOD will have to be called in as they will have to operate them.

I highly doubt that. I agree that there are not as many YC open as there used to be and it is a shame, but I don’t believe that if the local YC was open the rioting would never have started.

Elfin, it’s one of the things the company prides it’s self on. When we refurbish, service, install or build a clock we always set it to the correct time to the second (unless the custom asks us not to)

I’m currently installing a clock and it’s my 1st project on my own! Im very proud to be able to walk away and look back and say “I built that clock”

But I am a clock engineer!! It’s a must! Also I use a £5 casio. It keep perfect time and had never adjusted it.

The steel will heat up before the aluminium as ithe steel seat tube is wraped around the seat post ( if you see what I mean) it has worked for me before. Just a thought.

If you want to heat the frame up easily without damage, use boiling hot water.

Mine have a strict No van policy. Best of with a big estate. Or as one of the local man with van types has, a toyota people carrier with a trailer the size of a caravan! Gets away with it

Is it the same tube?if so it may be weak and prone to puncture. How much pressure are you running?

Also I have found out that you cant go to the dump with a van!

Avoid Peter gratwick like the plauge. Never got my ck headset and after 3 months of chasing and then finally posting on his Facebook wall to him I got a cheque.
