I’ve got an ‘audiophile’ Sony amp from the 90s which I bought a few months ago but it’s way too powerful for my setup! If you’re anywhere near Northants you are welcome to try it with your system.

Find a decent sports physio – worth paying for asession or two rather than waiting for NHS referrals. They will identify the source of the problem (mine was a back problem, brought on by problems with flexors caused by pronation of my feet if that’s the term) and give an exercise plan etc to help.

As a United supporter all I can say is well played Citeh. Not even through gritted teeth, that was a stunning performance.

I’m hoping my ride over via Banbury, Cirencester, etc will be fun so I’m not too teed off at missing the Welsh blacktop…..
I plan to get started fairly early to miss the worst of the Saturday shoppers, so a meet at Aust well before midday wouldn’t be a prob for me.

Happy to meet at Aust services, should be able to make it before 12 if it suits you lot.
Would be good if this weather holds, tested my heated grips and they’re draining the battery big time…..

As said above, it’s about playing with style. England haven’t done that for a while, at least the result gets rid of the idiots who trot out the ‘would rather win ugly’ cr*p. We couldn’t do even that this time around. There’s a core of decent young players, but there needs to be a revolution, not least at the RFU. Won’t happen, not with the usual suspects holding all the cards 🙁
