Was a tail end charlie at over 13 hours but made it – got cramp in both legs at 30 miles – saw alot suffering with cramp – need to sort that for next year – bike was fine – some of the red surface's were truly awful. The cafe at Whinlatter did a nice orange and carrot soup when I did it. As said previously ther was no shortage of Cafes and decent pubs.

243 is the gross amount you can take out and it costs you less because it is taken out before take – so depending on whether you are a 40% tax payer or a 22% tax payer it will cost you less than £243. I do it and use e vouchers it is very simple – even our Financial director does it. Not sure why more people don't – don belive it affects tax credits either.
