you shouldnt be riding if it still hurts…plain and simple!!
or looka t it another way, jump on your bike, ride throught the pain, possibly damage the "work" thats been done and in 12 months or so from now, oh well i never, she's missed her period! 😯
then you wont be riding very often!!!
get some nuts and take a break!give the bike a full service and let your nads recover.jeeez! 🙄
