i do need 7 full "proper" seats as have a large tribe.
i was mainly thinking of seat/ford/vw job.
no one really suggested the new espace….safety factor is supposed to be pretty good…

my god i cant belive more people dont recommend food. if i dont eat a burger etc before going home, im just destroyed the next day, makes a huge difference.

dont drink stella in large ammounts-golden rule, also helps you avoid police stations,so im told

    painkillers before bed help.

bad food in the morning and water.i crave fry ups and choclate biccies etc,oh and coke as well

vomiting may make you feel better in the evening but youre worst next day, best avoided at all costs.

have a break if poss between last drink and going to bed, ie walk home,if you can walk!

i used to drink industrial quantaties of red bull and vodka.i always felt good the next day, prob due to caffiene but poss cos i was still drunk at 9am.

also find having a huge pooh can up improve how you feel no end the next
day. i guess as it gets shot of lots of nasty chemicals etc- this goes hand in hand with the late night burger run 😉

    final rule-practice make perfect!

whilst all the above "nonsense" is very true, i cant help thinking a lot of this stuff comesabout because of numpties. its numpties who do stupid stuff, then get injured and then say its someones fault for not "preventing" the accident by not giving said numpties, safety equipment etc.
nobodys prepared to say, i wasnt being carefull,i didnt take any precations, i hurt myself, im a d*ck and i should learn from my stupidity!

a free thing that quite intersting (well a bit) is if you go to the top of the lion yard car park in the city centre next the the "grand arcade" shopping centre there is actually a rather good 360 degree view of all the roof tops, churches etc in the city.walk up there tho…dont park there it is very expensive!

"The fall line looks like someone's been strip mining there, it really is an appalling eyesore and adds to other "interested parties" calls to reduce or ban our access to this area."

This is true.i rode it at the weekend, and whilst its challenging and fun as it is, it wont last many more months, let alone years as it is.the ground is so soft and cut up that each rider is bringing more and more of it down the hill side.

Option A: If she doesn’t think the relationship is worth saving (via counselling or whatever) she should ditch him.

Option B: Is married. Unless she wants to be a morally questionable trollop, she should ditch him. End of. Even from a more pragmatic point of view, if he’s cheating on his wife with her, he’s probably got other totty all over the shop. Even if he left his wife for her, he’ll probably cheat on her once he gets bored.

Option C: She doesn’t fancy him, and moving in with him would be unfair on him, and basically prostituting herself. OK, maybe not that unfair on him, if he’s OK knowing that she’s imagining that she’s elsewhere. If she’s cheated on her long-term bloke with a married man, I doubt that starting a relationship with a bloke she doesn’t fancy is likely to be a long and faithful one.

In short, she should WTFU, stop sleeping around behind her bloke’s back, particularly with married men – if she’s unhappy with the relationship, she should end it, for both their sakes. She sounds like she needs some time being single to figure out what she actually wants from life, instead of basing her emotional and financial wellbeing around a bunch of unsuitable men.

Absolutly bang on! got it in one!print this off and give it to her.

when my daughter was three and a half or four i found her sat at the computer pressing the keys (eventho it was switched off) i asked what she was doing and she said "sending an email" having never even talked to her directly about email it freaked me right out.

also got her a kiddies tape player and some story tapes that were the older kids years ago.remeber the totally confused look on her face as she said "whats that?"

what is it feris buller said? something like,
..life moves fast, if you dont stop and look around once in a while, it might leave you behind..

ive done it and scared myself silly.seen some owls tho that would have been long gone if i was in a group.
my main worry is not so much animals getting me but coming round a blind bend to find humans getting up to "animal antics"
last time i went through a narrow wooden trail i was thinking, what if i crashed into two fellas in the middle of "it" and there we all are, a tangle of bike, bushes and b@lls…

now that really would be scary! and far more likely to happen at night..

do nine spd cassetes have all the rations changed slightly from an eight or is it just another larger low gear "tacked on"
sorry if this is obvious but i have no idea.
im thinking nine speed is more common and with more choise would be a better way to go…

    odannyboy

ok so now i need to say that ive looked at the cassette and thats pants too. so new nine speed and nine speed chain?
would i need a nine speed specific derailier for the rear ( bearing in mind its on friction shifters)
any reason this wont work? chainwheel thickness perhaps?they are nice BBB alloy chainwheels that i spent far to much cash on and are still in good nick.
