So everyone recommends buying a torch from America and bodging it to my bars and the carrying a load of batteries around with me to swap in and out of the torch mid lap?

That really don’t sound like the robust 24 hr lighting system i had in my head when i made this post. Has any-one got any recommendations that don’t involve torches, swapping batteries every hour or a home made set up?

Given how cheep this P7 technology is there must be more companies than air bike making use of them for bike lights.

I think you have convinced me to use deal extreme. £70 for 2 torches 4 batteries and a charger.

How long is the burn time from one battery?

I did what you sugested and no fluid came out. I have just striped the caliper and the square seals look like this

is this normal? Have i found my problem with this brake? if it is normal which way should the go back in to the caliper?

Thanks for the help so far

i have done that and the pistons seem to move out ok but they are not moving back as easily. It only takes 10 mines riding and they get to the point that i can’t spin the wheels when off the bike.

i have raised the pistons out of the caliper and cleaned them but the didn’t seem to work, they looked clean. Is striping the caliper down my only option?
