So looking at the job spec it’s seems you are essentially doing 3 jobs a Bike Mechanic looking after 40 Bikes & Tour Guide & Demand Planner to keeps spares up to the needed level to maintain 40 Bikes all for 18k to 20k – someone’s having a laugh 😂

Great Show managed to see it from the start and even though it’s a send up they both definitely have the skills to make it work

Used to be a big fan of the race matrix and would recommend to anyone asking about what pads to buy however the last ones I bought squealed like anything and I know other people with them and they also had the same issue , went back to shimano from Merlin at £32 for F & R set

Another vote for Rivet & Hide if your after a quality pair of jeans and they are happy to guide the fit over email or a phone call plus they have a guide on how to measure jeans properly using an old pair that fit.

Picked up a pair of 21oz Iron Heart 777 this week for breaking in over the next year as it’s all about the fades with selvedge denim

Had a great time on the strip for 72 hours doing all the tacky sights for my Honeymoon however we did break it up with a visit to Boulder City for 2 days of riding at Bootleg Canyon…

    http://www.singletracks.com/bike-trails/bootleg-canyon.html

Then spent 2 days hiking over at Red Rock Canyon national park…

    Home

So Vegas was pretty much great fun and would do it again…

Then a week in Scottsdale ( Not far from Sedona ) Arizona

First thing congratulations and get ready for the best of times and the worst of times..

Echo the comments above about using the commute to work to get a good ride in either a longer route in the morning or a longer ride home is how I did it but be prepared to be absolutely knackered from looking after a small child & sleepless nights & biking into work but it does work as I did it for a couple of years from birth…

However it does get better mine are now 4 years and 13 months and I get out 4 times a week now but all the riding is done after 7pm during the week or I’m out for about 7am on sat & sun, all my riding is now local to cut down on wasted time and I limit the rides to 3 hours on the MTB/Road bike which still gives a good home life balance…

Just remember it won’t last forever and enjoy your time with the young one as it goes so quick…

PS Turbo & Sufferfest & Trainer Road can also be your best friend

Hans damfs. I wanted to like them. I so wanted to like them. Everyone else liked them. They were the draggiest, slowest piece of dung I have ever used.
