I’ve been twice, once for skills and once for jumps.

Both have totally changed my riding.

Practising after really boosts your confidence and you hear him in your head when you are off flow pointing you back !

You won’t get over £300 for the 40’s not at that age

I would single crown it and fit black bars

I have a Go-Pro 4 silver and an SJ cam copy.

The SJ-cam does take videos but it is not a fluid product to use.

The footage on the Go-pro is way better and so simple to operate.

The app is a big bonus

But you get what you pay for.

I’d take a trip up to Zipworld and do the fastest zip line there.

We did it and hit over 80mph!

I have serviced mine and then i greased every surface of the seat clamp and seat rails and this has stopped mine creaking.

    Hopefully this lasts

bleed your brakes with your pads spaced correctly, wind the levers in a bit too, the less stretched your hands are the less arm pump you get.

    Otherwise plenty of squatjogs bro.

If you have loads of space I would have them on plinths with crank stands.

I would go with the road bike.

    Not a tandem.

Stayed in bourton on the water and went for a nice lap about, till we got lost then not so fun blast down an a road back.

A couple of years ago we went to Bruges for a night on our way to Cologne in Germany.

Very straightforward drive over via the Euro tunnel.

The markets in Bruges were nice and bruges is a cool place.

Cologne was amazing so many different markets we spent 3 days there, all slightly differently themed.

If you are videoing indoors then use the skeleton case.

Would be worth considering a gimbal to keep the footage as smooth and professional as possible too.

    Def armoured cable.

Regarding the socket, make sure it is deep enough to accommodate the plugs you intend to use as some adaptors don’t fit in that type of waterproof socket covers.

    I have a £10 a month policy with http://www.totallysportsinsurance.co.uk/links.php

They cover me for broken bones etc.

I have income protection for my mortgage etc which kicks in after 2 months.

The TSI policy will cover me along with a decent Credit card limit until I need to claim on the IP.

Not seen one for illness specifically but it depends on how you define it.

Have a look at the Hyundai ILoad, they are very comfortable, plenty of power and plenty of space.
Better than a Transit in my experience.

Easily get 4 -5 bikes in a crew cab with the front wheels off.

Is it just going to be a garage or a summerhouse man den too ?

Assuming you plan on seeing what you are doing, factor in getting an armoured cable run to the garage with a suitable board to run internal and external lighting and power sockets.
Worth also considering a powered roller shutter, for the cost they are really worth while.

Unfortunately my garage has an up and over which is not as tidy.

I bought a T-mars after having had a Reverb previously.

Was horrible, clunky, hardly ever hit the right spot to locate the pin, the remote was rubbish to use and hard to gauge how much pressure was needed to activate.
The clamp to rail height was huge, this is a big consideration as I see it.

I would go for a cable operated but tidy model like a KS E-ten or similar.

Ideal scenario is a Stealth Reverb, they are the nicest I have used.

Would be good to try a new raceface or 8point or whatever they are called.

    Is the frame second hand?

Does the seat tower allow for it to be cut down?

I did this to an old Spicy.

Go to the bike shop they should have some plastic ones.

Or studding as mentioned above is cheap and easy to do.

You will have to wait ten days minimum due to the finance cooling off period.

After that it depends on the dealer.

If you use your hands and a 2nd person to knock it out it should come out fairly easily using the correct spreader tool.

Look up moto shorts on ebay, they look a lot like Troy Lee’s but cost a 1/4 of the price.

They do take 2-3 weeks to arrive though.

The burgtecs have no gap between pedal and crank arm, where as most others do.

    Might be worth considering.

I had a T-mars too and that was rubbish, heavy, vague and unresponsive remote.

In addition to that it had such a large clamp to rail height you may as well not worry about using one as it was never out of the way.

    Two reverbs, two perfect performers

KS LEV – needed cleaning out very quickly after purchase, has too much movement for my liking, changed out the red cable system for a normal gear cable and it is much easier to actuate.
The KS is the tidiest surface cabled unit though.

I have the TLD ones, they are ok if your arms are pumped up but otherwise they slip down.

I was please with the comfort initially but as time has passed 12-14 months they slip down on the first sections of trails at BPW for instance and the last thing you want is to stop to pull them up when you are getting your flow on.

I have since bought some Raceface ones with velcro straps which I can then adjust and they are spot on.

When my Bora used to do this I used to switch it off and switch it on again and power was restored, sometimes I did this at speed 8O

It eventually led to a dead Turbo, The intercooler was full of oil like 2-3 litres.
It might be worth popping the pipes off and emptying it. Bear in mind as soon as you pop the pipes off it will pour out.
Very easy job as the intercooler is most likely in the bumper area so get a washing up bowl ready.
