I have the AMx on my Saracen Ariel 162 and they have given me no cause for complaint.

I have the DHx on my jump bike, on which I am notorious for casing and pringling wheels.

    No issue recommending SS wheels.

I recently picked up and drove a 1985 E28 5 Series 525E as a mate was using it as his wedding car.

It was so much fun to be in an old car, it ran really well and handled as you would expect an 80’s motor to handle.

Would I swap it for our A3 sport back on a 64 plate probably not but would I have one as a second car yes!

It had the beginnings of light rust on most seams on the wings and bonnet but no proper rot.

The 150-170mm is all about how far you can slam the seat when not in use not trying to make a tiny frame fit someone with long legs.

As an aggressive rider with only the one mountain bike I like to run a dropper so I can use it for trail riding or getting some air.

I have a 150mm KS Lev having previously owned a 125mm LEV which had to be raised out of the seat tower.

TBH I think I could do with a 160mm dropper but that’s getting silly

As per above, I removed it from my fork and my shock.

Worth noting that if the bladder needs to be removed from the adjuster its not a straightforward item to bleed.

It’s a shop job if you ask me.

I was present throughout the swap on mine and it was complicated.

I’ve started using the southpaw and wouldn’t go back it’s so much easier and better placed.

Get a 20″ folder and one that actually does the job.

Neither of those you linked to are very good at either job.

Kansi 3 Twenty is my choice.

I have a 2° one on my Saracen Ariel 162, it handles just fine on single track and even better on gnarly stuff.

makes it more stable in the air.

Reach hasn’t been badly affected as I have a 60mm stem on there, indeed it feels better to be behind the bars than over them.

Worth noting a Session has an in built battery, this means you can not put a new one in mid day out.

Kansi 2twenty is what I have, its light enough to carry and sturdy.

More comfortable than a Brompton to ride as the tyres are 20″

Seemed like a massive waste of space and time to me, I would well get a pair of Bauer Turbo’s to get about indoors though.

IF you come across one i’d be interested for my jump bike as I use it as a pub bike too.

Bit of layback would be nice too.

shame foldy bikes use such large tube sizes.

The song is catchy and a load of rubbish at the same time but I like RW so I think fair play he doesn’t take himself seriously so no need to treat his songs any differently.

Under the padding there will be a screw to undo.

Bear in mind you will need to reuse that screw or one of equal length, you don’t want to put a 2″ screw through the internals.

If you are painting the walls I would recommend a masonry roller, it halved the time I spent on painting.

    I’d love to have a Brat/brumby.

I’d settle for a Jumbuck with an EVO front end.

On the continent there are loads more options for small pick ups.

Big dug stuff is sturdy for storage but will vibrate if you are listening to music in there.

What ever you install you want to try to install it with isolation from the floor and walls, a couple of paving slabs under it and on the bottom shelves should help.

Same, frost on car windows and mist rolling in off the fields in essex.

Usual shorts but with a jacket and some 100% Brisker gloves over my mitts this morning.

Above 30mph it was a bit nippy!

Go the other way and wear long socks with under shorts and then the knee pads take up the slack without slip from any party involved.

I had this when i moved in 3 years ago.

I resolved it at the start of this spring by digging up everything in my garden and theirs.

They had told me they had dealt with it but all they had done was strimmered it down to ground level.

The rhizomes had spread for about 6-7metres along the fence line.

It was a mess afterwards and the brown bins were full of roots etc.

The responsibility lies with the neighbour to have their plant correctly contained, preferably in a metal pot which is visible above the ground so the roots can’t jump, trust me they will.

    Nothing else will work.

As an emergency I will use chain lube and pry the edge of the seal with a plastic glue spatula.
