If you can get to a place with a foam pit, they are so much fun.

Radical Bikes in Highwood near chelmsford is excellent as is Adrenaline alley in Corby.

Ok, how does one know how big a frame one needs for a DJ bike???

5’10 + will want a long everyone else a medium, children ride smalls.

Tbh its rare to find anything other than long or short.

Decent long frames are a pain to find.

The Dutch bikes are designed to be robust, if your Mrs can handle a heavy bike then go for it.

In terms of service they are designed to be as strong as they can be so the servicing of items is not as critical as your MTB.

The internal hubs are not really a home service item although the cables etc that control them are just as easy as any other shifter.

I tried offset bushings, they bound and made horrendous noises.

I am now running a Slackeriser headset -2° and it is mint.

My mate only buys black bikes to combat this, she will never know.

He bought a 2k bike about a month or so before his wedding, none the wiser

As the head is removed it will relive the pressure in the clamp and you can then remove the grip.

If it was an ali bar I would suggest pulling it off.

I take it its not the end clamp? you could hacksaw the bolt if there was enough thread showing.

I set mine up with a bit of trial an error with a mate taking photos.

I rode around a bit then had them take as side on a photo as possible and then diagnosed the issues using the various online guides.

I have my Allez in a pretty comfortable place now.

If she is travelling then get a power bank to re-charge it when out and quite a few memory cards so you can store them out of the camera.

Check your frame can take the subterranean length.

lots of frames have shock mounts or curves in the seat tube, check it will fit.

I have a SS on my saracen ariel, been on since last year, i bought one from their first batch.

It has slackened the angle and given me no further cause for complaint.

    I would recommend.

I also got mine at the same time as deal so paid £35

any of these panniers work well as a back pack for when off the bike?

I often cycle 12 miles or so then get the train the rest of the way.

The cycling thighs rely on lack of extension, when you do full extensions you will feel it.

I find them an aid to people being rude in conversation.

They often pause and check an alert as it is so visible.

    Modern day etiquette is tricky.

I wouldn’t have one as I can’t abide wearing a watch, least of all one I have to charge daily, surely they should have a movement based charging system?

I’d be more worried about the noise of the wire whipping against the flag pole in the wind than I would the flag.

I know most people use networked phones this was more aimed at people who don’t.

I have a single line in an office and want to talk to people on loudspeaker.

My current handset is junk BT3560

I was looking at something more like

    Anyone using something similar?

    Why does it make noise?

Is there air in the system?

Is it full of sludge and needs a clear out?

A blown unit is no longer insulating at the level it would have previously.

I’m not sure if it also makes them more vulnerable to impact?

I would also recommend looking at the 1.4TFSI range of engines from the Volkswagen Audi Group.

I have an A3 Sportback with a 1.4 TFSI which puts out about 125bhp, brilliant on fuel and quick enough to keep me amused.

The turbo’s really help to make up for the displacement.
