Try to get a tarmac one built, the dirt or whatever agregate they use, weather poorly and are even worse when scooters get involved.

My mate returned his 1.0 ecoboost as he said he felt like he had to pin it everywhere to get to normal speeds, ergo the mpg was atrocious

    He now has a 1.6

Any feed back on the amount of side to side waggle at the saddle nose?

I have a KS lev which is great in operation but I hate the amount of movement at the head.

I used to have a reverb which has maybe 1-2mm the lev is more like 4mm+

Would be great to if the Brand X is a lot tighter tolerance.

Kansi 3 Twenty etc, they are brilliant.

The fold is better than a dahon and they are a 1/4 of the price of a brompton.

They do a special BMX edition too with mag wheels

Would be more fun to see if you can bench it

If you are trying to ride a FS single speed you will need a sprung tensioner like the doofer.

FS bikes alter the chain length when the swing arm moves so it will never stay on untensioned.

I use this to compare prices.

    https://www.moneysavingexpert.com/cheapenergyclub

It will also monitor the prices and tell you when you’re paying too much and then you can swap again. Works very well for me.

thanks for that, very useful. Incidentally, I am on virtually the lowest tariff I can be at the mo with a potential saving of £10 a year, not worth the bother of swapping right now.

We have one young mum and 2 kids that come into our shop.
When they arrive it’s drop everything and follow the little girl around the shop making a note of everything she is stealing and then casually mentioning to mum that her daughter might have some bits.
The little girl gets told off but it’s one of those telling offs that she gets every 5 minutes that have no worth at all.
They then get into their Bentley convertible and are off. We have noted with despair that she is with child again.

Have you checked to see what the mum was pocketing while you chase the little one?

Worth noting 20″ wheels are a lot more comfortable to ride on.

I take a 4/6 way extension block with a single standard plug adaptor. Vastly more practical. Teen2 took one with six plugs and six USB sockets to Peru. He was very popular!

    This.

I took a 4 way block with a single adaptor, job done.

I’ve had one in my Saracen for a while now with zero issues.

I put it in May 16, no creaks or other weirdness.

I’m struggling with lining up some exercise myself.

I used to cycle from Chelmsford to Shenfield which is about 12.5miles each way then get the train to Stratford.

I have now moved jobs and work in SE1 so the overall journey (40+miles) and time is too long to include a cycle, or at least my motivation for it is lacking.

Maybe I need a new bike and MTFU

I would have thought you would fare well with it being a totally non fault accident and likely a commercial company looking to settle quietly.

don’t forget as well as the replacement value of your car you have also suffered a fair bit of inconvenience.

I’m not saying ham it up over neck ache but certainly don’t see your self short with the ball ache of sorting another car and having to bumble about in the spare car

Unless there is a company mentioned on your deeds you have no obligation.

If it is an unadopted road there is likely to be a caveat which will make a provision for you to contribute to the upkeep of the road way or the services that are within it.

If they are taking over the management company, it will take quite a lot of effort on their part.

If you were asked for any money I would refuse unless the demand came via a solicitor.

I have a sheffield hoop for the big bike as that is of the greatest value.

The rest are on Pedal brackets with little tabs for the wheels to sit on.

I think it reminded me of sin city due to the lighting and general low level light in the whole shot.

The way the scene was portrayed was very cartoon esque imo.

The Matrix etc is more bullet time wide spacial shots with high clarity of what you are being wowed with.

Was the fight scene filmed using the same techniques as Sin City, it was very cartoon esque with all the speeding up and slowing down.

Morbid fascination with the Greyworm has yet to be satisfied…

I bled my mates the other day with a bleed block I had sanded from 10mm to 8mm.

The brakes now have the perfect amount of travel in the lever with a fresh set of pads.

XT M785’s with Finned sintered pads on Shimano floating rotors.

I will be doing the same to mine as soon as I have some more fluid and half hour
