Get it bought and resist doing anything with the frame until its fitted.
Allow 4 hours in clean and clear environment.
If you want to remove any warning stickers or indeed add any stickers, do this prior to fitting the kit.

You just need a thermostatic switch in the rear enclosure of the fridge cabinet, when it heats up the fan comes on, when it drops to preset temp fan goes off.
    Simple.

RS components help line is a good start.

I have WTB Horizon’s on my Glencoe.

They are do able off road but I wouldn’t want to hack into a corner on them.

Depends on how you use the bike I guess.

There is usually cake and catering at these events, worth it if you ask me.

As for putting up with matey, why not book all of you to go to the cinema so they can’t talk for a few hours?

Worth noting this was ARD Rock weekend, i would wager that a lot of the riders from that were at BPW, I know a lot of local riders from my way did that.

Go a notch up on the business model.

Put together a service package price to ensure that bikes are safe and serviceable.

Approach companies that participate in the cycle to work scheme, ideally ones which have extensive bicycle parking facilities on site.

Sell it to the MD/HR as a way of ensuring their team are on time and don’t have to worry about nipping out to the bike shop.

More of an employee perk than trying to vie for business with the usual tight arse public.

This may lead on to further PJ’s to sort out employees weekend bikes etc.

Will lead to a few fixed locations to work from, will be interesting and pay consistently.

Offer options on the supply of materials, owner supplied or via you, or perhaps the company will offer a subsidy for their employees.

Will contribute to their Corporate Social Responsibility package and provide wellness for their employees.

I need to get in Dragons Den with this one.

Park a beaten up plumbers van out the front of their house and randomly take cups of tea out to it.
Fit it with a suspiciously large antennae.
Put the phone number for the local police station on the side.

I practice the same techniques that Tony teaches on the MTB on the road bike.

Get used to leaning the bike and pushing the bars down to turn and you will get more comfortable with the descent speed and how to speed up and slow down.

I built up my confidence over the years and hit 59.1MPH on the way into Brighton on the L2B a couple of years back.

Remember that an uneven weight distribution will make one end unsettled.

    Remember the coaching.

I have all of mine in plastic, I have fitted stuffing glands to all entry points to boxes.
If you have outside lighting, ensure the cable has a droop on it before it enters the wall, on the outside.
If you paint the walls white, use black conduit, its less likely to get hit as you will see it, I didn’t and have hit stuff a few times.

I had a massive lump of a vice for a few years, it was always in the way, i’ve recently replaced it with a much smaller one that swivels, much more usable.

Consider whether it will get in the way and what you actually need size wise.

You need to know if the original is rolling code or not, that will be the issue.

I have a dual – universal remote that does both types as my alarm is fixed code and my opener is rolling code.

The redundancy process relies on a scoring system.

They have to grade all employees, by the sounds of it this is a hearing, take representation who at the very least can witness it.

    Prepare notes for each instance.

If you were at the doctors and couldn’t answer the call, did you call them back straight after? If not why not?

I generally spray the rotors with IPA then let it dry and then torch them with a mini gas gun to burn off any residue left behind.

    No geese on my rides.

I have mine covered as listed items on my home insurance with Shelias wheels.

They cover anything up to £500 but needs to be specified above that, and they are covered away from home.

I had a touch and got my rack from work as we were clearing out some redundant cycle storage.

    Worth keeping an eye out.

One of the bikes is my Mrs, a Specialized Vita so relatively easy for her to get out by herself, her ladies town bike lives on the floor as the rack fouls the mudguard on the back.

My Airdrop Edit is actually too long for the rack so I had to make a spacer to ensure it doesn’t just fall over all the time.
