Another vote for St Abbs – lovely quiet location with great walking over the clifftops and a nice beach just round the cliffs at Coldingham. I’ve been past three years I’ve stayed at the Dive Lodge right in the harbour and if Scuba Diving is your thing it is superb – Paul who runs the dive boat runs a good show.

Couldn’t that lot be fitted into say a Berlingo or SwB panel type van instead if hauling round a 2 tonne monster truck ? 😉

The snow gate keeper in the NW Alps lodge has informed me the winter snows are set to arrive this weekend, so all upper trails of the NW Alps will out of reach with the chairlifts and gates closed now til late spring. HTH. 😉

Just recovered from a very minor knock to the elbow which saw the elbow and arm swell to nearly double the size and the temperature felt nearly as hot as the surface of the sun. Redness creeped right down my arm before antibiotics kicked in. Had similar thing a few years ago, guess my left elbow must be very sensitive! Still feels weak now and elbow a funny shape still after a week of the inflammation going away.

+1 for Slovenia, had a couple of great trips there travelling around the country. Also a week walking around the Kitzbuhel area a few years ago was a great holiday.

Been riding inbred frames for years…initially 26″ and past few years got a 29er version. For the money you cant beat them IMO. You get people on here saying they are common and shite etc but they tend to be the type that are desperate to be different and/or trying to justify why they have spent 5x as much on their ‘better’ frame. IMO, etc. . 😉

There was a bloke doing this a few months ago at Cannock, only his speakers were in his camelback. he was playing the shitiest (and trust me I’ve heard some shit) house IN THE WORLD…
I rode with a group of guys I didn’t know & one was doing this….until it rained

Ben was on about putting a speaker on his bike at one point!

Down towards Cheltenham and also Throckmorton are known sites but our friendly home repair specialists are known to work around more affluent areas of the Malvern. However its probably not a good idea to visit the actual sites, but a drive by the vicinity early morning might be worth it.
If its not them then as already suggested its on its way to somewhere east of Germany by now, would be my guess.

Knowing the area and what isn’t too far away it wouldn’t surprise me if one if the caravan dwelling community had something to do with it.

the fitting can move either way I guess – will investigate that option. I would rather if i can secure the fixing into the brick behind than rely on the plaster board keeping it up.
