Jesus H **** Christ, have you all got tits?
This is SRS BIZNIS!! This is exciting, manhood pumping, white knuckle stuff that clearly has to be discussed online.
I’m consistently bemused by some of the genuine threads on this site. “Which socks should I wear this morning” etc. and petty gripes about co workers.
OP, grow some balls, if it’s an issue deal with it. If not, spare us the dreadful monotony of a constantly bumped chat thread about petty work disputes that an ovary gland would solve with more gusto.
nukeproofridingFree MemberYou don’t seem very on the fence btw.
Simply trying to address a balance of points because it’s not black and white. I’m being made to appear biased because I find myself defending against such biased remarks. You are clearly staunchly against anything Israeli and especially the Israeli people. You are the one who is not on the fence, and your judgment is based purely on mass, stupid media. You don’t intend to look at the issue any deeper than the surface, so your judgment is malformed and too early.
Bomb attack on the 21st, 24 seriously injured. All innocent civilians. By defending Hamas you are also condoning this action by the way.
This boy was recruited by Hamas. He’s 14 years old.
I won’t post anymore because they’re too gruesome to be seen on a public forum in my eyes. But this is on both sides, so don’t try to blame innocent Israeli’s as if they are all a part of some consenting war/terror machine, because they are far from it. There is evil on both sides, and it’s not for us to judge who is in the wrong yet.
nukeproofridingFree MemberWhy would it go back earlier than Israel’s existence?
Because as i’ve said before – this problem stems from before Modern Israel was formed. It was created within the boundaries of ancient Israel originally stood – modern israel is much much smaller, and that’s where the grievance comes from. The Jews were displaced more than once and there are two main “branches” of jewish history. Mizrachim (Ancient history) and Ashkenazic (Modern jewish families whose forefathers spread around the globe after being displaced from the middle east). The Ashkenazic jews are decendents of the Mizrachim who fled to europe and the east during wars in Israel, they were then forced to flee back to Israel during the 2nd world war dodging persecution in Europe. The now palestinians subjected the returning jews to terrible conditions and thousands of families were living in cramped tents until the modern Israeli state was created in 1946 to house them. The Mizrachim were the “ancient” Jews who moved around Israel and the middle east dodging persecution and frequent invasions from virtually all of the arab nations until finally being able to settle (usually hiding their religious beliefs). Jewish families are still flocking back to Israel as it is something they believe they are supposed to do. It is their home as well after all and their ancestors have been there since the beginning of time. This is basic ancient history and it’s why there is a problem today.
Ill state this again though, I’m still on the fence, I just feel there is an imbalance in accusations and knowledge.
nukeproofridingFree MemberBy their own do you mean Israeli spies?
Oh give me a break, now you’re sounding like one of those 9/11 conspiracy nuts. Seriously this is the weakest bs excuse i’ve ever read.
It’s interesting that you have this big diatribe about religious extremists, but no mention of the Israeli religious extremists, who hold considerable political clout.
OHHHH yeah, those well known, highly dangerous Israeli religious extremists. Where’s the video of them dragging a beheaded innocent man through the streets of tel aviv?
nukeproofridingFree MemberAgain, ignore all unwanted behaviour and reward the good stuff.
Will definitely try that next time! ta
nukeproofridingFree MemberYeah if they say they’re happy to help it then you could try and lure it into a pen or shed or something.
nukeproofridingFree MemberThe river I live next to is also looking very high
If you have a sunken patio or anything, go and make sure you know where the drain cover is (if there is one). We had to pull ours up as well as a number of patio slabs using a pickaxe and a peg puller and unblock it last year when our local stream burst its banks so that water didn’t come through the conservatory into the house – worked a treat.
nukeproofridingFree MemberPlease don’t let it suffer.
This. I love deer. 🙁 They are such harmless lovely things and we need to protect them as much as we can. Have you tried any of the animal charities? Do that before you get someone to kill it. If it’s a doe remember that it might have young that rely on it. (I’m no expert on deer so don’t know if this is baby deer season but..)
If it’s looking for food couldn’t you lure it into a pen or a shed and at least keep it there until you can call an animal charity vet?
nukeproofridingFree Membercastle / cat / will pay deposit up front
You’re a spy aren’t you.
nukeproofridingFree MemberMakes me wonder if I should start wearing elbow pads again. But then a month down the line I won’t have had a crash, and they’ll be uncomfortable again until I hear some other story about broken elbows and the like.
nukeproofridingFree MemberGrow a beard, tell them you don’t recognise democracy or the British government in any legal capacity and that you live in a sovereign republic. When they ask for your name tell them “I’m told it’s x of the family x” They’ll leave.
(don’t take any of this seriously, but it might be fun if you’re into pissing people off).
nukeproofridingFree MemberBritain goes into panic mode when anything marginally unusual/exciting happens lol. It’s kind of tragic really. The czechs polish and russians must think it’s hilarious. We’ll probably have a water shortage tomorrow too.
nukeproofridingFree MemberIf I had millions of wonga I would employ a southern hick to repeat the word “UHM – BRELLUH” over and over until the amusement subsided. That would be his days work.
nukeproofridingFree MemberMake a boat out of office supplies and hire a crew of sea dogs to man the vessel back to your place where they will be paid handsomely with proper food and a beer instead of canteen crap?
nukeproofridingFree MemberAs much as LBS’s are nice and we should support them – £1000 is a lot of money. You have to question their pricing/business model there. They may well be stuck with that price but if I was running an lbs I’d have to seriously question the sustainability of that.
nukeproofridingFree Memberthey’re all thieving nubs. I have often found that throwing an absolutely hissy fit but not giving them a legal reason to hang up (i.e. abuse) results in an apology, full refund no questions asked but please stay with us response haha.
nukeproofridingFree MemberRudebwoy, I don’t know whether we should refer to Gaza as palestinian or Hamas though. It’s run by a terrorist regime who are more than happy to behead their own and drag them through the streets behind motorbikes. Can we prove they represent the people until they hold an election? No. And then the election would be rigged anyway.
Hamas (or as you say “palestine”) do not want to share Gaza. Not just because they think it’s their land (they took it from someone else a thousand odd years ago anyway – mainly the Jews) but they have a fundamental, and religious problem with Jews. The small majority who “run” Gaza would sooner kill their own family than negotiate any sort of truce with Israel because they are extremists. It’s death or glory for them, and that’s not an ideal counterpart in such a fierce political situation. They don’t care about their own “people” they’ve displayed that time and time again. It’s like playing chess with someone who would rather throw a wobbly and flip the board over than lose to you. They will win either way in their eyes, either by seeing Gaza left in rubble, or continue firing rockets into neighboring states because they have to live up to their ‘terrorist roots’.
nukeproofridingFree MemberMacs require permission to allow things to be installed
This is a very good point to raise as well.
Even if it’s a personal computer and you are the only one who uses it and are worried about viruses/don’t want to check every few months –
CREATE TWO ACCOUNTS.
One sandbox without admin privileges for daily use,
and another partition with admin privileges so that you can install software etc. but don’t connect to the net on it.
This way 8 times out of 10 you are impervious to any attack on your sandbox account unless it is a very sophisticated, very expensive attack in which case you’re fried anyway so no worries. Back stuff up regularly on an external hard drive using a partition you know is clean as well. Computer basics.
Oh and if something funny starts happening that you can’t control via your computer – rip your router cable out of the wall socket and you’re safe. Something people always forget.
nukeproofridingFree MemberReport it but don’t expect superman to show up with the idiots head on a spike.
There is likely little they can do, Tesco cctv as I know from personal experience seems to be made up entirely of calculators disguised as cameras and will probably not be able to read the guys numberplate, if they saw any of it at all.
Sorry she went through that though and report it none the less, you never know he might do it again in a few weeks and then he’ll get wrapped for both. Must count as driving dangerously or without due care?
nukeproofridingFree MemberThere have been mac viruses, but nearly all started as trojans not worms. I work on macs everyday and even the creative office I work at who have 100+ computers don’t use av because it’s easier and more effective to just check occasionally using some terminal commands. They use industry standard stuff on routers and servers etc. but individual computers don’t have any.
It isn’t necessary currently as long as you don’t get fooled by something fake. That may change in the future though, as they are currently protected by only accounting for a low worldwide percentage of target computers.
The Flashback malware from earlier this year is a good example of how macs are sometimes targeted, but they’re often weak and underfunded compared to pc attacks because they don’t yield anywhere near enough results for any sort of serious crim to be involved.
defaults read ~/.MacOSX/environment DYLD_INSERT_LIBRARIES
Paste that into terminal which is in applications, if you get directories/volume does not exist – you’re clear, if you get back a result just go on google and there are easy steps to rip Flashback out of your mac using the little black window that is terminal.
Get to know terminal as early as possible, just go careful with it and don’t type SUDO until you’re confident in what you are doing lol
nukeproofridingFree MemberIf it looks too good to be true, it probably is.
Are you inferring she may not have actually been born the way she is? 😆
nukeproofridingFree MemberThey’re hand built in the UK. You get what you pay for.
nukeproofridingFree MemberIt’s a contemporary problem rooted in a history of cruelty and oppression. There is no outcome other than all out war unless people understand the issue. You have to be pretty short sighted not to see that.
nukeproofridingFree MemberI’ve spent a lot of this week in client reviews and commercial negotiations
You didn’t mention what car you drive and how big your wang is.
nukeproofridingFree MemberSeriously, that map is hilarious and proves nothing. An internet map that only goes back to 1946 is hardly gold bullion when it comes to deciding who the bad guy is.
nukeproofridingFree Membercommit genocide and still end up with nothing more than a whopping great payoff.
Couldn’t agree more, this applies two fold if you’re thatchers son. *cough* EQUATORIAL GUINEA *cough*
nukeproofridingFree MemberWe demand that if we **** up to the point where you’ve simply no option but to sack us, then we get a years salary!
You mean a bit like hbos, barclays and all the other tory backed banking thugs?
The words interest rate fixing spring to mind.
nukeproofridingFree MemberYour post read as an excuse for the actions of these accusers. Nobody has held McAlpine up as a shining light, but he has been severely wronged
Well I apologise as that was not my intention. Secondly I felt they were.
nukeproofridingFree MemberActually the easiest way to get £400k is probably if you’re a building contractor and property prospector who has the government in their pocket. Mrs. Thatcher, we would like to cut down this forest in a public park to build a housing estate. Can we mummy? Can we please? We’ll pay you?
but no-one deserves what he’s just been put through
Well, actually there are a few. But I know what you’re getting at, and yes I agree on that isolated incident. But this is just the perfect opportunity for a tory like mcalpine to brush away all the demons of his past with a new image of ‘social do gooder’. He wasn’t crying or distressed when these claims came out, because he knew they were false and would be proved so. He rang his PR team and they went for a tory media field day followed by rounding up all the small fluffy creatures in his proximity and slaughtering them over some bubbly and caviar to celebrate (probably).
nukeproofridingFree MemberSo? This does not in any way, shape or form excuse falsely accusing him of being a child abuser. He can do with the money whatever he pleases (although we’d all like to see it go to CIN).
Of course not. Did you not read my post at all? I expressly said “As much as accusing someone wrongly of being a paedophile is terrible” for a bloody reason. When did I ever infer state or imply this?
nukeproofridingFree MemberI am not authorised to provide legal advice outside of Botswana.
This made my day 😛
nukeproofridingFree MemberAs much as accusing someone wrongly of being a paedophile is terrible – McAlpine isn’t exactly a tower of moral brilliance is he? Let’s not get all cushy over the man who channeled stolen funds from abroad into the tories big fat pockets and was awarded a peer-ship by his puppeteer thatcher for doing so. He’s just part of an enormous disease in bent politics that has brought this country to it’s knees more than once before.
Before declaring him a saint lets wait to see if it is actually donated to charity.
nukeproofridingFree MemberFree speech does not make allowances for what is legally libelous slander (it’s not “speech” it’s “Recording” and “publisihing” – this is the technicality of being a dick on facebook and twitter). It’s also just stupid and wrong.
nukeproofridingFree MemberWalk away.
Well that escalated quickly. (Don’t walk away).
