Have to make sure you screw it up straight or it will leak. I normally give it a turn the wrong way before doing up to make sure it’s sitting flat and straight

Do gently and whack go together :)

I’ve always been ok with 9 speed xt cassettes

Just fitted a new xt 11speed and noticed the lower end is isn’t fixed to the carrier, will have to keep an eye on things

Hotel for me last year but met some people staying here http://www.xixerellapark.com/camping/en/index.aspx Maybe the same place as above

Stopped in for a beer on a few days, all down hill back to town and the gondola station

Bike park is fantastic! Going back again this year

Using 2nd hand superstar floating rotors. Working great didn’t die on trip to Vallnord last year. Running with Slx brakes

What the LBS was trying to tell you “You need a new bike”

    What rotor are you using?
I had a similar problem when I used my old avid rotors, things got much better when I changed to superstar rotors. Comparing the rotors the superstar ones are visibly thicker

Im just back from Vegas Done a tour of some of the national parks Zion, Bryce, Monument Valley Grand Canyon south rim then 4 nights in Vegas at the end.

Go to Blackpool. See how long you can feel happy there and double it. That’s the time to spend in Las Vegas.

    Rachel

That’s a bit what I felt about Vegas.

Didn’t need a car for Vegas most stuff is all on the strip which there’s a bus that runs the length of it. Most hotels not on the strip have a shuttle bus to get you there. Also to make you feel a bit more at home there’s a “BigBus” an old London open topped bus that does a tour of the strip and downtown good for getting your bearings and knowing whats where.
Lots of shows on would of liked to have seen more of them, too many to chose from really. We saw Penn and Teller who were very good.
View from the top of the stratosphere was amazing I didn’t have the bottle to jump off the top though.
Mob museum was good a few of the pictures were gruesome though set in the old court building about how the mob used to run vegas.

I was having problems with the lever going soft/too much travel, traced the problem to using my old avid disks. Changed to superstar rotor and got a good feel to the levers

Not aware of dropping any acid from alien blood or batteries. I did change the rear brake pads on the van a few months back but there was no fluid leakage just wound the pistons back

Reluctantly going to allow to them to fix it but will be making it clear that I will be having the work inspected by another garage. My Dad was a partner in a garage(back down south) so will let them have a look when visiting next week

I used to go quite a bit when I was younger (used to get free tickets :) )
Best tracks for viewing are Brandshatch Indy circuit and Rockingham where you can see almost all the circuit
Always take some proper clothes as most circuits don’t have many places to get out of the weather

I have someone opposite me that “own” he bit of road outside their house no one else is allowed to park there.
I don’t care who parks outside the front of my house as have a (now) nice driveway at the rear, just as well living 4 doors away from doctors Surgery !
Last year the driveway wasn’t looking good so had it relayed so couldn’t use it for a week. Only 5 miles to work so plan was for misses to park out front and I would leave my van at work and cycle.
Ok for the first day but misses parked a bit too far along the road the second night. She woke me on the Tuesday she was blocked in car to the front and one reversed up to the rear would get it out for her.
The gap looked ok at first until I got to the car the car reversed up to mine had a huge great swan neck of a towbar sticking out the back.
No space to manoeuvre with that there, bit of luck on closer inspection it was a detachable swan neck! Just enough to get the car out. Was a bit disappointed with myself for putting it back on
Brought my van home that night and parked it for two weeks :D as the weather and cycled to work.

Im happier with my right foot forwards on a bike, left foot forward on the few times I have snowboarded (prefer 2 planks). Windsurfing things feels better on port tack when left foot is the front foot.
    I am right handed

I was out in Vallnord week before last with single track safari. Very well organized other than the transfer company changing the pick up point (transfer info should be updated now (Barcelona terminal 2)
Not as many trails as moraine/les arcs but enough to keep you entertained and not getting too lost
Most of the big features have chicken runs, I was ok on 140mm travel bike.
Top lift only open Friday Saturday and Sunday (just not enough people there to justify opening it other days. Cubil from the top is great fun.
Recommend having a lesson even if its just get the instructor to show you unmarked trails
Save enough energy for the last run down 66 at night its long and tiring or roll down the road from second lift stopping at campsite for a beer (search on strava for beer run)
Signage on on maxienduro a bit wayward but you get to the bottom in the end.
Weather was fantastic sunny 20-25 every day two evening showers just to dampen down the dust
Hotel really nice, staff very helpful 40m from lift station

Careful with the 2.4 ardent they are huge. Tried to fit one got it all set up tubeless sealant included, then tried fitting it to the bike would it fit? :(

I’m going fingers crossed the weather forecast changes.
I done the event when it was first run on the long mynd. The walk back up to the campsite was a bit of a pain but will kind of miss the last little section through the trees

The second photo looks much worst than the first one how come you didn't see and ask about that one first?
Both look like paint / laquer damage to me
