Any plans for a clean air zone in your area? The whole of greater Manchester one is on hold moment but it was going to charge non euro6 vans where as cars with the same engine were no charge

My smart meters got fitted first time on time 😎

18 months later the gas meter is still dumb 😂
Took 12 months for the electricity meter to work

I had a problem with a free hub the lock ring on the cassette came loose.
The 11t ring slipped and took the corners off the grooves on the free hub.
The smallest cog always slipped under pressure after that

    What is a cuddle chair?

Is it a euphemism? Let me guess, it’s a comode with rabbit fur arm rests

It’s a large round shaped chair on a swivel base

Doesn’t sound like they have improved
Ours was delivered on ontime. A beige footstool beige 2 seater and a Grey cuddle chair! They did sort it out though

My wife and myself both had a phone from music magpie.
My phone has been faultless but my wife’s decided to stop transmiting any data via the USB.
Music magpie replaced the faulty handset without any argument so I would use them again.

Spent most of the past 18 months riding local trails around warrington, if you get 400m of climbing in 50km your doing well for climbing!
Just in the tweed valley this week including a inners uplift and golfie today, its all bit of a shock to the system 😲

Had my second moderna jab yesterday morning felt OK during the day even managed to go for a ride.
Arm a little sore when I went to bed at which point I really went down hill
Fever, Shivers headache, aching all over.
Still ache all over today but fever and Shivers have gone. Can barely move my arm
Managed to get all through this covid without anytime off work until the 2nd vaccine

Sorry for jumping on someone else’s thread

So easyjet has beaten Boris and macron to skuppering my trip to the alps with whiteroom 😢 with all my flights cancelled
I’ve booked myself in a hotel in Innerleithen for a few days from 19th july
Planning to book the uplift at Innerleithen for one day.
    What shouldn’t I miss

Cheeky question anyone riding tweed valley who don’t mind someone tagging along? 🙂

Although Jimmy crankies announcement regarding Manchester may put a spanner in the works 😞

Is your dropper cable operated? I often get a pain in my right thumb when the cable is tight and needs lubing/replacing on my shifter.

Solrx sunscreen or P20 is what I use just make sure the P20 dries before putting light colour clothes on as it stains like hell
I do prefer the solrx but P20 is easier to get as costco stock it. Solrx is amazon or waters sports shops normally

If it fares up when riding do you have stiff cables? If I start getting pain in my thumb I know it’s time to change the gear cable 😎

I have, a 1.8 Duratec. About £60 for a replacement and a complete arse to get at.

Just done my mx5 with same engine.

If there is no water or oil missing I would guess a blockage or failed water pump. Has it got the correct antifreeze/coolant it also stops corrosion I have heard of water pumps fins going missing

Seeing family and friends in person not on a screen is the main one
Get to go on the holidays that were cancelled last year, didn’t take any refunds just kept moving them.
Ride with people! Looking at my strava I rode with 2 people since hit the north event.

The wife going back to work so I can make the most of my shift pattern at work

I was regular bleeder when I lived close to a proper donor centre. Struggled for three years to get appointments for the mobile system then gave up.
The adverts on Facebook nudged me to try again, no appointments!
