Singletracksafari.com  in Andorra has a good mix of trails.

Park on the doorstep then lots of off the beaten track. Not been for a few years but other than in the park never saw another biker other than group I was with.

    Fly to Barcelona

    I need to eat less

    10am.  Porridge pot

    2pm.    Pack lunch

    6.30pm.  Dinner at home

    Nights

    4pm Proper meal

    10pm. Packed lunch

2pm.  Left over Pasta /chilli or ping ping meal

I do resist the vending machine at work (it’s old and takes cash only) I don’t take any coins to work!

Newhaven/Dieppe smaller than the Portsmouth/st Malo or hull/Rotterdam ferrys

No complaints though booked a cabin on way out as overnight.

Newhaven and Dieppe ports quite small and only 1 ferry so much nicer than Dover.

I done Newhaven to Dieppe this year, was almost half the price of Portsmouth to st Malo.

Anyone with brsk? Just had notice they are installing in our area soon, if they do as it involves putting poles up as the gas company appears to have wrecked all the underground conduits

Who knows how they do it.

I had a  fraudulent transaction last year, I was in work (2am) and a £50 payment alert pinged up on my phone for 5 guys.

The card cloned/used for payment was brand new I hadn’t used it anywhere.

NatWest refunded the money didn’t hear anymore about it

Mountain biking was the nail in my windsurfing coffin too.

Starting with no wind days trips to Woburn sands from brogbrough lake

Still got all my stuff taking up valuable bike space in the garage, look out for another wanting shot of  windsurfing gear

Is your standing in regular areas?

A few anti fatigue mats dotted around (where they won’t cause a trip hazard).

I’m lucky I used to suffer until employer changed the safety shoes they would supply to us.

The days I did suffer I could really feel the difference between bare concrete and standing on a rubber cushioned mat

I went out with these people

    Algarve Bike Holidays

OK ride for a bimble on holiday

Mainly jeep tracks with a bit of single track thrown in (done a lot of the ride the day after on a jeep Safari)

    <p style=”text-align: left;”>Try insoles they can help.</p>
I used to suffer the same as you 12hr shifts, 18,000 steps on a night shift. I always suffered with the company supplied shoes.

Company Resently changed to  uvex safely shoes for us I thought here we go again being crippled by new shoes finding insoles to fit properly.

They are like wearing a pair of slippers! Uvex 1 x-tended Support Safety Shoes – for Men/Women – Grey/Black https://amzn.eu/d/0mUNsOi

More local riding rather than proper hills.

    Multi policy’s not always cheaper.
Had a mid life crisis as my wife calls it and bought a cheap mx5.
Multi car was £200 extra add to my everyday vehicle insurance. Stand alone policy was £120 😐 using the ncb from being a named driver on my wife’s insurance.
Named drivers can bring costs down in some cases my van is cheaper with my wife as named driver
Who knows how insurance companies come up with policy costs?

I was lucky the planets were aligned when my bike was stolen
I had a call at work from police I think we have recovered your bike.
I did not even know it was gone!
Garage had been broken into bike taken
While riding away bike got a puncture.
They stashed the bike away some one saw them and called police.
Officer who attended was friends with someone I rode with he asked if he knew anyone with trance x

    Very lucky!
