The dt grease they supply is much runnier than standard grease. I have read about people using gun grease as an alternative – google it.

Look at the routes on the Black Mountain, sort of the triangle between Llanddeusant, Glyntawe, Brynamman. Plenty of bridleways on the map, some hard work but very rewarding.

In our lab storeroom there is a cardboard box containing rolls of cotton wool of various bright colours; green, orange, purple etc, each of which is in a clear plastic sleeve.
Some helpful person has gone through the whole box with a marker pen writing on them in large letters; “green”, “orange”, “purple” etc.

You can sow seed any time the soil is warm enough to germinate but the idea is that in april you will also have sufficient moisture so as not to need extra watering. If you are in Scotland things may run a bit later.

Firm it down well – don’t over-compact it, just tread it down so it won’t settle unevenly later
It is just the right time of year to seed it if you want to save money

It is often said that Coppi would have had the most successful pro cycling career were it not interrupted by WW2 and a stay in a POW camp.

no and yes for me too.
I had a jar of decaff when I gave up caffeine for a while but now I’m back on the hard stuff. I’m quite happy with rooibos of barleycup if I want a caffeine free drink though (you can only drink so much).

Sounds like an infection in it has flared up and you need a course of antibiotics to sort it out. Antibiotics will take 24H then no pain.

    isn’t all “bitter” pale ale?
pale meaning not dark like stout, porter or mild.

Preselis are basically one ridge from Crymych to Cwm Gwaun with several routes dropping off, notably S to Rosebush, that you can use to make a circular of the main ridge or bits of it. You can do a cheeky bit over the top of Foel Cwmcerwyn (??) onto one of the tracks up from Rosebush. There are plenty of bad bits throughout and it is difficult to avoid them, especially at this or most other times of the year. If you are looking for a short spin I guess it depends where you start from.
Carn Menyn is a pretty cool place, as is the Dyffryn Arms in Cwm Gwaun.

I think it depends which version you get. The show I saw in Brighton was a lot more impressive than the one I saw in Cardigan.

Give it time tango man, as I said above, the FDA will not release indictments for criminal charges until they are ready to do them all, and they may have quite a list.
The UCI have proved themselves incapable of policing the sport and are an irrelevance.

If Armstrong admits to naughtiness with PEDs he will be in trouble for perjury in the SCA trial, spending government money on PEDs etc.

True, we don’t really know what concrete evidence they have but they have investigative power way beyond that of sports governing bodies and drug testing agencies, and a conviction rate over 90%.

Given the vast weight of circumstantial evidence against Armstrong and co, it would be a very brave bet that they have no evidence.

The FDA will charge him and the bigger fish later in the year. They will finish putting evidence to grand jury to gain indictments and issue all the charges in one go.

you admit the samples were Armstrongs then?

(Armstrong himself admits this, I believe)

Perhaps it isn’t the drug takers who are destroying the sport.
Armstrong was just a teenager when he was on the US junior squad and young athletes were being injected with cortisone and told it was vitamins. Ulrich was a product of the DDR doping system. Pantani was doped from the start (I haven’t read the book) Contador was trained by a doper from an early age. Maybe these people should have been protected, but you get abused people who become abusers and we don’t let them off because of it.

    edited a bit

    His doctor is a doper
    His trainer is a doper
    His teammates were dopers
The people he beat were dopers
His blood values indicated he doped
and when they analysed his piss it had dope in it.

but sure, innocent until proven guilty

I think that if you took out dopers and shot them it still wouldn’t put them all off, except posthumously.

There is a problem with the UCI being in charge of promoting the sport and policing it at the same time (and accepting large bribes, sorry I mean donations, from star riders)

Rules are rules and UCI should enforce them or change them.
There are riders who don’t dope – they don’t win GTs, they don’t get big contracts.
