Thats odd. Is one fork leg bent backwards? Maybe some pics from the side

My mate has had a set for a couple of years and gets on well with them. I fancy a set but for about 60% of the cost pro4 with stans flow from crc seems more tempting. As far as I can make out its an extra 300+ quid to save about 100grams on the wheelset (happy to be contradicted though if someone knows the exact weight of both?)

Ive just replaced an old pc with a laptop. Im thinking of ripping all my cds again as flac and never ever going near itunes again. Which of the above options would be best for someone with very limited technical knowledge (but still offer a RAID set up?) Are QNAP easier to set up than synology? Really I want something I can plug in and just start dropping files onto

I just bought a yamaha 2 channel network reciever. Its very good. If you happen to feel flush when you go to richer sounds the dali speakers for around £200 are amazing for the money

I have only built 4 wheels but that looks pretty good to me. I think that even spoke tension is more important to the longevity of the wheel than roundness / trueness.

Love this but all lists should start

60s tangerine dream – electronic meditation

After that any combination of the above. Love seeing so many Zappa records suggested (but not Joes Garage? )

Watched Apostle last night…..great..like a proper video nasty from the 80s. Best gory horror I have seen for a while.

Any watched the haunting of hill house yet?

Failing that maybe putting the proper seat in the front would free up enough space in the back for 2 boosters and the youth

Gnusmas you might find the 10 year old is ok without a booster and could sit in the middle? My youngest is 10 and we havent used a booster for a while now

Edit : needs to be 135 cm tall apparently

Ive got nyjer for goldfinches, sunflower for the greenfinches and bullfinches (shell on they seem to last a bit longer) and a mix for the rest. Took a good year though and a couple of different places for the feeder before we got a lot of birds

My 2007 a6 was a money pit when I sold it 4 years ago with 80k on it. Wouldnt touch another. They are not as well built as people make out IMO

By a Vito instead and use the £3000 you save for a bike or a holiday

Giant do one 150mm swithcable from internal to external cable which is clever. Unfortunately they are a bit shit and need constant work to keep them moving

Maxxis van pro tamed the lack of grip on my vito nicely. They were about £75 each I think but they have lasted ages. I just wish the maxxis logo on them was yellow then they would be perfect

No problems with insurance changing from an audi to a vito for me, even though the vito is taxed as a commercial vehicle. All insurance terms stayed the same and the premium even went down a bit

I was there on Sunday. Got 8 uplifts between 10 and just after 3 with a break for lunch. Sometimes we rolled straight onto a waiting bus, longest wait was 10 minutes

I think there are some in the labour party that would rather have a tory government than a labour government that is critical of Israel

I had a sony mex 6002 fitted to my van by halfords. Its great. Bluetooth reception is superb with stick on ariel. Handsfree phone works well and also playing music from phone via bluetooth. I never got the feature where it reads out text messages to work though but thats a minor niggle

Ive had one of those 150mm giant contact switch. It needs constant stripping down and cleaning and despite me doing that the stantion is still worn to bare metal after 18 months. Dont get one of those

I got one for an alps trip last year, I use it pretty much all the time now. Never taken the chin guard off

I worked in a place that set one of these exercises. One of the tasks was to count the radiators in the building. Anyone that actually counted the radiators rather than doing the billable client facing tasks first didnt get the job

Crosspool. Get a nice 3 bed detached for 350k. Trails from the door..more south than west though but still only 25 mins from the m1

I had this on my lyriks. Turned out that i needed to tighten up the cartridge in the left hand leg (16mm or so socket or big spanner needed on the fitting on the crown on the left side). It moved about half a turn and the creak stopped

They are quite a big bike. The one I sat on was a medium and that felt about right. My current bike is a large. Is it the deviate that has a double row of bearings at each suspension pivot? Clever idea. I also really like the dishless rear wheel

Ive car park tested a Deviate, even that was enough to make me want one. Gearbox is the future

The rocks make it what it is. You might get on better with white peak trails if you prefer a different type of track.

Another bad one here. Same police force different tone though. I suppose at least they talked to the driver on this one but apparently if the driver sounds the horn its up to the cyclist to get out of the way

    nosedive

Back to the video for a minute is it just me but is there something really nasty and condescending in the tone the copper is using, some sort of implication that the cyclist is wasting everyones time by nearly getting killed.

Thats awful. I really feel for you. I would be thinking cctv, house and shed alarm, razor wire perimeter, rebuild shed possibly with a concrete floor / breeze block construction and ground anchors. Sounds over the top but like you I would be starting to get worried that the house is next

Thankfully I am not the cyclist in this vid, I came across it on another site.

Matt_aob  exactly what I was thinking, it might not be prosecutable but a 5 minute call from the police could have changed this drivers behaviour for good but syp dont seem to care about that

And totally out of step with the 1.5 metre guidance other forces are promoting

Does anyone else find that if you start a new thread with pop up or redirect in the title it just disappears?

Constant redirects and pop ups for me. I think they must be making money from it

    nosedive

Its the only site I use that does this. I just had to close chrome 3 times to get past the redirects to post this (and that was after it took me a few minutes to get rid of the ad banner that covers the log in option).

456evo is a good suggestion if you can find a good fork to go with it..not sure many good forks even from that era will be IS mount but I think you could go a size up on the rotor and use an adaptor
