I don’t have an answer on how to not roll over to be honest but would I fek go on strike if I had been given your job.
Apart from my feelings on the strike best of luck with the pension battle

It is still legal for me to withdraw my labour in a legal strike action.

Don’t care either way to be honest you are not laying bricks you are supposed saving lives and homes.
You sound like an MP banging on about what is legal whilst being questioned about expenses.

@ crikey, so what if I have a 2nd job? I pay taxes on this. Is there a law against 2nd jobs? Many Mps have more than 3 or 4 jobs apart for being an MP. This dispute is about pension not about wages or hrs worked

Right so the fact that you get a good wage and a job that allows you to have a second income without to much stress has no place in the argument ?
You probably think I don’t support you ? I do I just think you are so out of order abandoning your post that you should be sacked.
A good friend of mine lost his house last time while you guys sat at home.
His daughter took a few years to get over it.

Hey up I have something you may be keen on ..
I had an asr5 for about four months that I ran a kashima 140 Rlc on
I still have this fork as I bought a blur ltc with a 34 ctd on it
The fork has had no use since I got rid of the yeti it’s a 2012 fork and it even has the fox yeti decals on it.
I am after £320 posted for it.
Only issue might be the steerer tube I only run one spacer under my stem so it is fairly short .
My email is in my profile.
    Cheers.

I must have serviced 20+ sets of Fox forks this year (I’ve done 3 this week). I’ve probably seen the inside of more forks in general than all but the Big Boys like Loco and TFTuned.

You don’t have talk some toss these days Peter
I work for a fairly busy retailer and will have done at least 60 forks this year and sure as hell don’t consider myself the font of all knowledge .

I can’t be arsed to argue Peter that thread you posted is fairly split really so I suppose its just the same old Internet debate, yes they are no they aren’t .

Nah all power to the twitchers I say at least it’s getting excited about the natural world which has to be healthy.
Got to be more healthy than getting all excited about the iPhone or bike or car or something.

Working in a bike shop can be really depressing, the shit people try to pull is unreal.
    Yesterday ….
” can I have a refund on these shorts cos they make my bum bleed”
” I had my bike serviced about three weeks ago and now it’s got a puncture “
” I bought this inner tube And its got a hole in it “
Add to that the bloke who had a warranty frame swapped in super fast time with new cables and heli tape all at no charge only to then kick off because he couldn’t have he old frame as well !
The lady who had a massive rant about her three month old road bike and its rattling gears only for us to find she bought it over a year ago !
    I could go on .
It can make it hard to greet you all with a smile .

If it was me and she had proven herself to be good at keeping the other pets I reckon I would just get her one.

Most of the stuff is nice to have bu you don’t actually need much at all.
We chose to get the absolute minimum and then see what we actually needed.
Oh and people will give you loads.
    Best of luck .
