sorry man your right not vey helpfull.
do em some brown rice or other grain served with a single pot winter veg stew. season it with a bit of shoyu and ginger thicken the liquid from the pot with a bit of kuzu or cornstarch if its all you have. serve it with the gloop poured over yhe veg and it will make a good shiney glaze.
you could do em a beany side dish thing as well make it sweet whith a good quality syrup (barley or corn) and try and have a good pickle to go with it like sourkrout.
actually fry some tempeh rather than the bean thing cos its easy.
    will that do?
make a pudding with stawberrys and apple juice you can set this with agar it will be as good as any jelly. maybe get a soya based custard to go with it.
    best of luck.
the style of veg cooking i am on about is called nishime. if you do it with a veg stock rather than water it will be awsome.
do this sort of thing for the mrs bookclub all the time and they love it.
its an ecclectic mix of lasses from vegans to total meat munchers.
sorry to be arsey but i do think that meat and fat are indulgent things that should be munched rarely not the other way round.
    good luck.

i have a bike that cost me loads i ride it all the time the cranks are well worn. The bike is kept spotless so it allways works well and so i like the way it looks.
The last time i got it out of the van at gt the group of blokes next to me who all had posh bike that looked like they had not seen a wash in a long while took the p*ss in a whats the point of having a bike like that if you never ride it styllee.i pointed out that i had had it two years and just looked after it more bullsh*t followed.
whos more flash? the guy who looks after his stuff or the guy that runs it into the ground in the fastest way possible?

they do but evolution imports dont carry them in stock so its a long wait if you want one.
there is a new stronger carb one coming out for 2010 though.
allso if you know you cant get a warranty on it they do them crash replacement for a very reasonable price.

i have an asr the hanger has creaked and the top bolt on the dogbone has creaked oh yes and i allso broke 2 swingarms 8O
if is one of the full carbon ones you need to check the inside of the chainstays about where the tyre is it starts with lots of very fine cracks.
the other one was a carbon chainstay with ally seatstays.on that one the alloy bearing housing pulled out of the chainstay on the driveside.
i bet it is your hanger though.
    i still love it though.

cant agree with epo i used 990 all the time untill i bought some wheels that came with a part used xtr cassette as part of the deal they work better and last longer than 990 and xt.
not twice the price bettermind you.
i allways reckon opinions on cassettes are location specific some last better than otrhers where you ride.

a lot of the good feedback on here is from floks that know you.
i dont and while it is a nice site there is not nearly enough stuff about who you are as riders to make me want to sign up on a course(from an MTB perspective anyway)in fact you allmost say that you have not been riding mountain bikes that long.
Most groups of local groups of riders that i have ridden with over the years would have at least one handy rider that had achieved stuff on a bike as good as the stuff you list so its kind of out there anyway.
Had to think twice about posting as i am being neg for all to see but you did ask.i wouldnt book and thats the reason.

not been involved with that exact model but i have worked in the import and distribution side of the bike trade (10 years)and came to the conclusion that starting something from scratch would be near impossible.
    best of luck though :D
