i have two wee bairns and shag all time to train and i still race.
just love the vibe to be honest.just get some fast mates so you can worm your way onto a podium in the team events 😉
i remember when i worked in betws,i was asked to put my name on a petition to stop a house being torn down up in the woods.
i said no much to the shock of the small crowd who had made it their aim to save the blokes house. he's a nice bloke they said I know i said but thats not the fekking point is it.i would love to build my own gaff up in the hills but its not allowed.
as you can see MF i still dont know how to write.
cheers tails its just the coldsore virus i was on about mind. 😀
i wasnt that streessed about it until my physio got all a bit concerned about it.
anyroad appointment booked.
TJ hear me out a moment..
say you have someone with IBS right.now that IBS can be the result of to much tension or an overly relaxed state.yes? no?
so if the person trys a salt bath'say 2 cups of salt in a bath that they would have had anyway 9 times out of ten you would find that the person that was too loose would find the bath would not agravate the condition but the normal bath would.
this can be said of a lot of conditions depending on how well the person understands the condition.
my advice to you would be to have more kids.
you will find yourself to be a shadow of your former self and will value every day that those wonderfull folk called teachers take care of you kids far more than you do now.
its not that bad i have had both done and to be honest you will be so off your face for the colonoscopy that you wont give a toss.
the other one is less of a laugh but once you get into it its ok.
why does anyone care?
i dont have a dog and i dont see me getting one but why is passing someone with a dog or being passed a problem?
if you see a dog at a trail centre they are allways with some one and thats how it stays.you dont have to put up with it chewing on your arse all day.
just a case of folks looking for something to be angry about.

tj you see this picture ?
well thats kind of how i try to corner most of the time. the outside knee is kind of in the bike and pushing down abit with the outside elbow high and wide. you can create downward force on the tyres by mooving your elbow up and down.
same way with the inside foot clipped in.
i reckon if you put this into your style more you would be forced to stay high rather than dropping in moto stylee.
andy i have some you can have if you want.
they need a dropout repair but if you can be arsed to sort it out they should be ok.
