umeboshi plumbs (some sainsburys most health food shops)
kuzu (as above)
shoyu (as above)

take one umeboshi plumb rip it up and simmer for ten mins in about a cup of water.Add about a teaspoon of shoyu then dissolve a heaped teaspoon of kuzu in a little cold water add this to the pan.stir for a bit.
DONE.
A cup of the most bonkers poorly person drink you will ever drink.

well i guess that there are times when i just feel mum would do a better job usually when i have just lost my temper.

your spot on in my view,i am a stay at home dad but even i have to admit that it would be better if it was mum.

the teachers at our school say it is obvious which kids have a parent at home.

i got in without the aid of the RAC in the end.i used a painters plastic scraper thing to get me started at the top corner of the door and then used bigger stuff like washing up brush handles untill i could get a bit of wire in the gap.Thanks to tracker for pointing out that i should go for the window switch as this was a fair bit less graft than getting the key fob button would have been.
