The cruel paradox being that atheism is a faith – in a contemporary context a faith in a technocratic era – libtarded …

Probably worth selling whilst it’s still fairly new – I find once I’ve decided i dont like a bike it just keeps bugging me until I’ve changed it – sucks though when you’ve just spent the cash – maybe go for a 2nd hand replacement?

I had a Marin Hamilton steel 29er rigid other than the v brakes it handled just as sweet as many way more expensive rigids – it also had narrow tyres ..

Brexit isn’t about having a plan – It’s about the capacity to make plans of which remaining teathered to an inherently facist system prohibits – There is nothing intrinsic pertaining to Brexit ..

The Burka ban in public spaces is to well and truly to cross the Rubicon – Equally to litigate againt private property owners’ right to discretionary measures is also in direct opposition to classical liberalism which recognises the inalienable right to discrimination without persecution ..

Ths waters become muddied somewhat when you concede that the ‘quality’ brands are often following comparable manufacturing strategies to those of the ‘cheap Chinese crap’ variety ..

I feel that too often people just ride the whole route – on the sections you feel less confidant on try stopping and doing them again – obviously best done on solo rides – as someone who grew up riding dirt jumps one of the things I’ve never liked about trails is the tendency to only ride the fun bits once – unless your doing a second loop – rinse and repeat the sketchy sections – starting slower and then build up naturally .. OP – you mentioned a 2ft drop your not too smooth on – How about riding out to this drop and doing say 10 times – you’ll have conserved energy from not riding full pace round the whole route and give yourself some time to think about your approach – It’s a good way to make marginal gains IMO ..

They seem to need a bit of attention bearings wise .. My bud has needed a couple of BB replacements and a headset – nice frames though ..

Vests seem to be alot harder to come by than normal track tops – I’ve just cut the sleeves off a nike running top – really happy with how it’s turned out – it doesn’t have any frayed material visible.. Much nicer than a t shirt in super hot weather – having pockets is nice and avoids tan lines on arms ..

Scrape it back thoroughly so that all loose paint is removed – coat with PVA – infill with Easi fill- rub down smooth – paint – 2nd application of filler if necessary – then paint up as normal – Shouldnt take long – but don’t use cheap filler unless you know how to mix up properly ..

World Anti-Doping Agency classifies THC as a performance enhancing substance – By this yardstick would not a professional racing driver get banned for trying to gain an unfair advantage? But for the civilian motorist THC is being cited an impairment and thus as irresponsible and dangerous?

Crash culpability studies have failed to demonstrate that drivers with cannabinoids in the blood are significantly more likely than drug-free drivers to be culpable in road crashes – This is of course arbitrary in light of the current laws – I’d say driving stoned is stupid – The reality though is that many people from many walks of life do activities that require complex levels of spacial awareness and athletism to a top flight level whilst stoned.. So maybe the wider debate should be more focused on the socio-political nuances of prohibition?

I prefer comprimising stem length for the downhill – in other words when things get a bit hairy I wish my stem was a 50 mm but I don’t like the look and – feel of a cramped cockpit whilst on the flat or climbing – so I run a 90 – thinking of trying a 70mm ..

Cant reiterate enough the need for airflow inside your tent – it can be counterintuitive taking shelter from the wind when choosing where to pitch – also be mindful of finding as drier patch of ground as you can – Wipe tent inner with absorbent travel towell as and when condensation builds up – as once you’ve done this the chances of a secondary build up of condensation is vastly diminished .. I use a mylar/ space blanket between groundsheet and sleeping pad – really great moisture barrier and extra layer of insulation to cope with the condensation that too often can occur under sleeping pad .. Also try to make sure your changing into dry clothing for camp ..

Sugar and Sugary and two separate entities – cutting out the latter is key to a better nutrional path – If you get decent amounts of healthy carbs containing natrual sugars then that will make abstinence from the unhealthy Sugary foods – which generally contain too much fat and additives – high fructose corn syrup being a particularly prevalent culprit – It’s a totally rubbish idea to severely cut down on carbs – you’ll not have enough energy to sustain a long term exercise regieme – Don’t scapegoat carbs via equating them with refined grains such as pasta and bread .. There is good reason we grave sugar – we need it ..

The BBC is nothing more than the ministry for propaganda – I’d happily see it dispanded – Its mendacious brand of impartiality I’d say is severely detrimental – I Player is like Facebook – with some devices you can’t even unistall it .. Government TV no thanks .. I own screens not televisions ..

Paramo Velez – lighter material than the Cascada – I’ve got both – the Velez are also a better cut as they’ve got an articulated crotch area – they don’t seem overly warm either – if you want waterproof I’d say Paramo are the best .. You could try some Neoshell but they’re around £200 ..

One thing a painful breakup taught me is that life’s experiences should ultimately be assimilated temporally – By this I mean try to take stock of the fact we have a past present and future – Now when I look back at the time I’d felt I’d lost the love of my life and was going through tremendous pain I see a different storyline – In actuality I now see that time frame as a wonderful period of my life – It drove me to get out of my comfort zone , travel more , have more adventures meet more people – especially more women ! I also put more energy into those that cared the most about me – my family .. So now looking to the past it was the best of times .. Your not a broken man – just rather bruised – for now ..
