    The cameras are in pairs

Really? Is that knowledge or here say? The way they are setup on the motorways down here (with cameras on the exits) suggests a gated setup.

Loveadmin but it’s far from perfect.

Do you perhaps need to adjust the front mech in its current position so the low trim can be used? Low trim is just a function of cable tension isn’t it.

That combo will definitely work. Have done 3-4000k with the same model parts (2nd cassette).

Can you afford to pay a refresh company to spray them for you?

It was sold to the hut group years ago as the founders decided to focus on their Overland brand.

No problem. If the position is not quite right you might be able to rotate the plate in the shoe (though iirc it was very fiddly to do).

Monkey world was better than I expected though the kids liked it more. Tank museum is really good but 6 is on the young side for it.

Corrosion would not help as it effectively reduces the ID.

To expand on GFJ’s post. There is a spacer tube between the bearings that ‘connects’ the inner races. It’s 20mm ID. When running 20mm it is right next to the axle. When running 15mm there is a gap. With QR the adapter pushes through the bearing into this spacer. I’d it is not perfectly aligned then the adapters will bottom out on it. You should be able to reposition it worth your fingers.

Good to know. ISCG05 tabs on the frame so that is an option.

I was dubious of the purple green but really like it now.

Yes it’s an old road mech. Need to add a buffer as it bounces a little which makes an annoying noise as it tags the chain stay. Chain length was chosen to try and get nice lines. Oh and those massively over long brake hoses are on the list!

Officially no. Unofficially I think the free hub might but the end cap is different. Cannot remember where I read that though.

Lepe beach also has campsites. Not sure in the cycling from there but the beach is interesting (ww2 history).

Ah Holmsley is the one I meant! Though in the map both are in the same place?

You can go out the back of that into the woods. Short section of quiet road then join the old railway line cycle path into brockenhurst. Yes there is a fast road section after the old station however I think there is a way around that in the inclosure to the South.

Stayed at Tom’s field many years ago and it was good then.

A fair number of the FC campsites require your own toilet.

I came to say the old airfield looks like a good location though I didn’t know what it was called.

26″ for the older, you can get 27.5s that’ll fit but there is an argument the smaller wheel aids skill development. Also keep an eye on crank length. Should be around 145mm for that height, you’ll probably have to swap those though as most kids bikes are fitted with cranks that are too long.

24″ for the younger but be prepared to swap cockpit and cranks lengths to get the fit right.

Both should be good with proper gearing.

Nukeproof 30mm bbs also had a centre tube. Sure plenty of other will as well.

What about middleburn, available in silver.

If you can goto a 15mm axle then a 29″ pike will take a 3″ 27.5 tyre (so revelations should as well). I ran those (21 model ) and a set of manitou machete comps when I had 27.5+. I think you’d be struggling to find any boost fork (for the tyre clearance) that was qr.

Chest straps don’t work outdoors on a bike for me. They were ok indoors and running but in a bike absolutely rubbish. I use a tickr fit optical on my forearm which is consistent in and outdoor across sports. Backup is the sensor in the watch though this exhibits cadence lock more than I’d like so I try not to use it

Yeap all good. Fit my 29er wheels in (2.5 on 30mm rim) no problem.

Iirc the seller wants you to wait till after the first payment as that is what triggers their payout.

The other option is jagwire hoses. They make a kit that uses the same hose and different end adaptors. You match the adapter to the caliper/lever so that’s correct and the hose works as it should with the ends. Not the cheapest option though

Did similar on my Mezzers. Didn’t use a pump to depressurise which meant the negative spring was still charged. Got a bit of a suprise as I dissembled the air spring!

Why bother. The free options (libre or Google docs if you’ll always have a net connection) are more than up to the job.

I don’t remember it doing it on every refresh, only the first until recently. A bit of a pain having to edit the url though, everytime you post a comment on a thread.

It’s always done this and it’s not a bug just the way the world works. If you want to scroll a user to a particular post, say one they just made, the most recent or one that has come up in a search, then you need a anchor link on the URL (the #(number) part). If you refresh a page with that then your obviously going to be scrolled as the browser does not and cannot know the difference between a request that should scroll and one that shouldn’t.

That Wolftooth above is the pro version. The older design needs adapters of some kind as does not fit SRAM mounts out of the box.

Baavet here. Put it on straight away. Noticed the smell out of the pack but then forgot about it. Same with the pillows we got later. I do quite like the smell though.

2 issues in messages (via your profile icon).

    1. On a mobile device the layout is screwed up which makes it very difficult to read and reply to messages.

    2. The links to view conversations other than the most recent do not work (the links in the list of users on the left).

oh and there is the annoying enter to send issue :?.
