It's a question that seems to regularly pop up, and the simple answer is climb more.
How often are you climbing each week? A couple of times a weekend? Everyday?
The best climbers, sprinters, time-triallers will add dedicated training systems into their regular week, for whatever they need to improve.
So the next time you get to the top of a climb, turn around ride to the bottom, and do it all over again.

Kari is MOST definitely the best reason the watch Mythbusters, but just waching the guys getting paid to do stuff I'd do for free is great tv.

My wife bought me a Pedros Vise Whip for Christmas
    http://www.chainreactioncycles.com/Models.aspx?PartnerID=79&ModelID=31344

I doubt I'd go back as it's much more secure to use than regular chain whip.

Went last year for a year, didn't do it for me but if you like stupid people you should be good to go.

    Plum

Care to elaborate? I'm also considering a move to Canada.

An awesome movie, and one that still gives me shivers when I think about it.
Uncomfortable watching in places, but incredible acting from everyone in it.

Marathon Plus' are fine for commuting, and if nothing else are a good "extra" workout for your legs.
The only time I'd be looking for "fast" tyres, would be on a race bike.

I'm not a huge expert on Cumbria, but love it more than anywhere else in this country, and would say that the Northern Lakes offer more "real Cumbria" than the Tourist populated south.

    Maybe base around Ullswater?

We just wash it in the sink with the other pots and pans, then replace it when we remember, every year …or so 😉

After a (very positive) test-drive, my new Scout should be arriving in 4 weeks! 😀

After reading a whole raft of long-term tests, I could find a single one with a negative review.
As unsponsored says, get yourself over to briskoda 😉

It's very sensible to use a lawyer to make sure all T's are dotted and I's crossed, and don't forget she can come after your pension entitlemetnt once you retire if she doesn't remarry! 😐

I used http://www.divorce-online.co.uk/ for mine. They're fixed price, and were very helpful in ensuring my pension and all entitlements were protected.

    LOL, cheers Bob.

A couple of "extras" but nothing too fancy.
Told them I'm considering cancelling the order and buying 2nd hand elsewhere, to see if it changes their response.

Doing it here (and I flaming hate Apple for not releasing a Linux version of iTunes)

You're gonna have to run a either Windows or Mac through virtualbox just to run iTunes to load music (or software) onto it!

…and expect it to take a while 😉

I love Linux, …I hate Apple for this.

You should get his details from the Police, contact someone like http://www.bikeline.co.uk/ or the CTC solicitors and start a private prosecution against him.

Also, if you have any injuries at all, document them and take a trip to your GP just for a once-over.

    -1 for ti

My mate had one. Caught his finger climbing off a landrover. Cause Ti so hard the emergency services can't cut them off so they had to cut his finger off.

as a result I got platinum and my wife gold

Edit: thought that said Tungsten 😉

It could be anywhere there's a dry metal/metal interface, and noise tends to travel along Alumimium.

First guess would be maybe bottom bracket/cranks/pedals, or bars/stem.

I'm a big fan of the Zipvit range. If it's good enough for the Cervelo test team and Team Radio Shack, it's good enough for me.

It does get easier over time …bu it WILL take a while.
My wife left me for someone else, and it completely cut me up. I unfortunately dropped into the bottle for 9 months, and I can tell you, it's not a good place to be.

The simplest way to end it is amicably, but that takes some reconciling. You're lucky in the sense that you don't have kids to complicate the breakup, but still make sure you have a decent solicitor so that you don't end being up thrown out of your own home.

Adjust your perspective. You're single, you're allowed to be selfish, and buy the foods, drinks and house products that you like.

Also, ride as much as you can, sign-up to a couple of races, this is the perfect opportunity to be in the best shape of your life.

Rissotto's are always good for 1 pot camping, and Chorizo is an absolute staple when we're away.
Also, if you have an opportunity for cooling, try Thai fish soup.
