It was taken down by Youtube, something about copyright! :(
It is from Kranked and the riding was excellent, made me feel a bit inadequate. ;-)

Despite what a lot of folk say on here i have used Parcelforce many times without a problem, their tracking system works and will collect either from work or home and its possible to drop off at certain post offices, although the PO dont like it if you prepay online!

I had a moment at the very same spot last week!
Im blaming rider error though, i got a bit giddy after those berms down from the Slab, they are sooo grippy.

When ive flown with them i just put the bike in the bag, as already said you get a big allowance on hold luggage, 20kg? for £8?
Some of my fellow travellers put camelbacks and pads in theirs though, no clothes, and nothing was said.

I have just watched Airline on TV, i know i know, and Easy Jet just let a women travel to France with an expired passport!
She was very nice to the staff and they bent over backwards to help her, so just turn up if you dont get fixed up at the Newport Passport Office

Ignore the sign, its fine to ride through, i have been since i was 10 yrs old, 42 now, and no one has ever said a word!
If you go up the concrete track at HB end, look for a sneaky track down on your left near the top, its not for the faint hearted and def dont do it in the wet

Its not quite Benalmadena but have stayed at the PYR in Fuengirola three times, clean, cheapish and on the sea front.
Alpha rooms ,com is good for cheap hotels.

Gazman, try getting a quote with the car registered in your wfes name with your son as a named driver, this made a massive difference 2 years ago when my daughter started driving.

Sounds as though youre not too far off Gisburn, id go there.
I went on Sun and the new trails are great, as Neil853 suggests go around twice or its very easy to do some of the sections twice, print off the map that is on the big gisburn thread though.

I bought some Pikes from them a month ago.
Great service, they were busy when i rang and promised to call back within 1/2 hour, which they did, delivery time was quick too.

You prob made the right decision, my Stiffee is the only bike i kept when a financial tornado hit our household 18 months ago!
Pezzers made a great suggestion ^ up there though, when your flush why not build a Hustler up, i did it last September and really really like it!
I tried a few different full sussers first inc a Spesh Stumpjumper FSR and none seemed quite right.

As Clubber says it sounds like an air leak.
Mine did this a few times and i took it apart myself following the instructions on the Fox website for repairing a stuck down shock.
I eventually binned it and put a coil on!

I toured Brittany about 3 years ago on my Inbred and like you was struggling to fit a rack with discs on, one of the guys i was going with said not to bother with discs and run Vs as they are much easier to bodge/ more spares avaliable, which makes sense, so took his advice!
Sorry i cant offer a better suggestion.

Ive had 2 Sevylor inflatables and highly recommend them!
One was a White water SVX 100 which was great in the surf and the other was a 2man Ranger which was used for short trips along the coast, no epics though.
A friend has the SVX200, 2 man version and he loves it!
They never felt as though they got blown about but dont have experience of a rigid one anyway, one thing i would look for is one with a skeg underneath to help it go in a straight line.

There is a very simple, ie nothing there but a shower, near the entrance to Dalby forest at the Thorton le Dale end. I dont know how clean it is now as its a few years since i last stayed there, was very cheap though, £5 per tent!!
Think its called Moor Farm, great if your riding Dalby, there is also another in the centre of the forest but cannot remember the name, sorry.

Have you got the old BB out?
If you have what about an old screwdriver from the opposite side and lightly tap it to break it up?

EDIT Just reread you original post, both sides have a plastic cup?

Chances are that RM tried to deliver and the recipient wasnt in, they will claim to have left a card but probably wont of, ask them to call at their local sorting office, it should be there.

Or wait and it will be returned to you with a not called for sticker on.
Did you put your return address on it?

We send a lot of parcels through work and this happens far too often, but parcels rarely disappear forever.

If your anywhere near Halifax try Hillcrest Garage 01422 831811

I work next door to them and they are usually fairly flexible whenever i need a car or van

You ended a ride because your seat came off?

Should of cable tied/ taped it to the crossbar and carried on, its a bugger on the climbs but at least you can still sort of enjoy the descents

If you get chance ride it all, Kirroughtree is still my favourite of the 7 Stanes ive done.

There are some great rides around there, but not sure you would find them easily! My favourite starts at the Railway Station and climbs up the fireroad, then back down the singletrack in the trees.
Id reccommend seasonallyunadjusted.com for a days guiding, Jims a nice bloke or buy this book

I thought about that, but not until we were too far down the road to Whitworth!
It is a good descent going that way though.
