Nicolaisam, what size pikes did you go for? Am debating on whether to go for 150 as suggested by nicolai or up it to 160. Mostly ride aggresive xc so my thinking is that 150 might be a quicker repsonse. Any help would be good as I’ve got dipper ordering me 150 at the mo thanks
    Andy

I have gone for the 160mm versions,Decided that 10mm would make very little difference so went for the longest travel.
They are here and still sat in the box..Havent had time to fit them.

did my 1st properish ride since injuring my shoulder, seemed ok,but dust had been replaced by mud and slippery wet rocks, not helped by the fact my bike has dry weather xc tyres on.

23 miles though, and shoulder feels ok

Loads of Moisturiser over it,keep doing this until it all heals, keep doing it until all is totally healed and there are no scabs.

This is what the hospital said to do with mine when i crashed 7 weeks ago,it was all healed in 2 weeks, barely any scars.

If it drys out and scabs over it itches and scars.

Moisurising keeps it soft and keeps the skin supple

If they have fitted new bearings could be just seal drag and will soon loosen up,if they have serviced the freehub they have either used too much grease and/or possibly a grease thats a bit to thick and is dragging the hub around

Looks to me like you have missed the tab on the part that bolts to the frame, theres a lug on it that should hook behind the stop.

Maybe worth upgrading to a heavy duty pivot kit if it isnt already.

You must be bottoming the shock out hard to bend them, maybe add more air,or more compression damping or get a bigger springf depending on what it is

    Using a Cycleops Fluid
My Trek road bike is always on it.

It is evil,Makes you sweat like someone is spraying a hose over you.Makes your legs suffer as you are always pedalling.

30mins to an Hour are enough for me.
Been using it a lot recently as have had 2 stupid injuries that have meant going out riding cant happen.

Make sure you mix up what you do on it

Shoulder is ruined, can see this being months off a bike.

    New frame looks sweet.

at the moment has been a crash per bike. Think its because i am a lot fitter now and tend to be faster as i can pedal up and down…

Was very wet down West on Sunday, poured it down just before i went riding, was on a trail that i hadnt ridden before, was just unlucky i think
