T-cut and many hours of your life.

Something like Autoglym super resin polish will help by filling them.

Other than that find someone with a proper polishing machine,Eg UDM or a Meguiars g220 and some Menzerna power gloss cutting compound.

I usually clean mine after each ride, only hose the worst of the mud off.Every 3/4 weeks give it a good clean.
This frame is anodized so cant polish it.
Used to polish my specialized when i had it,few coats of Collinite 476 wax after a good polish with some Menzerna final finish seems to last well.

I am 36 and can handle myself and the trail i am riding.I show most of the youngsters around here how to ride, some ask me "how too ride certain sections" , i will regret showing them in a few years when they woop me on the trails.

Just remember Steve Peat is the same age as me.

Copper grease is not recommended on ti frames. Its something to do with the copper content reacting with the ti and Aluminium.

Just a quick note.Usually a blown turbo smokes "blue" not white.White is usually a sign of water ingress into the engine.Possibly headgasket or somethink like that.

If the OP thought that he wasn't capable to fit a part and took it to a specialist bike repairer (LBS) then they should be responsible for there mistake.Thats why he took it to them in the first place.

Be very careful with cleaners like wonder wheels. They will eat away at your wheels if there is damage to the laquer.

I run mine until it rubs the spring clip.

The spring stops the pads from rattling.

I have one on my Nicolai Helius FR and it is is brilliant.Takes a bit of time to fettle and get it right. Very little LSC/lsr running on mine,Tracks the ground like nothing on earth.

I had a pushed dhx5 coil before and the ccdb is leagues above it.I am faster over the rough stuff on this.

When i order my next bike xc/trail i think i will miss the plushness/smoothness of the ccdb(i will make sure that the ccdb can be fitted though) going to try a monarch air can.

    flowmtbguy.

Thought ALL the DH versions were fixed 170mm.Check what you have ordered.

The u-turn is 160mm mission control not DH

Unless you are not in the UK

    nicolaisam

Mission control dh only has high and low speed compression and rebound it has no floodgate settings.

For a lockout type feel you need the standard 160mm lyriks with mission control.

Viper alarms are very good but quite expensive.

They can be programmed to run the car after you have stopped for turbo charged car.

You can also get a remote start kit that uses a i phone or blackberry.

Didnt like the set i had.Couldnt load the pedals outwards to correct the bike in air. They unclipped if you did this.
