When i moved in to my bungalow,I had woodchip paper in every room.Bloody stuff,Someone had kindly painted the living room with exterior paint. The paper was 5 layers deep as well,Took me 3 days to do the living room, and then another day to fill all the small marks and 50 holes above the window.4 coats of paint and it looked lovely.I had a fortnight off and did all the rooms,i was glad to go to work in the end.

As Surf-mat,Poldice has some good riding but there are plenty of other places,Carn brea,Carn marth,Rosewall,The clif paths."The track" There are also a few local woodlands that have good rides through them,I quite like Tehidy and Treslothan and Pendarves + loads of Bridleways

Went to Afan last weekend. Rode the wall first,Descent is ok.Whites level is the Best track there,Excellent descent,Make sure you do the Black run,Its quite a short section but is lots of fun.Me and my mate rode whites 4 times in the weekend.Keep an eye out for the rock jump on whites that lands to flat if you hit it fast.

Excellent place to ride. Its all ride-able in the wet,but i would recommend using super tacky tyres if wet or damp. Will be there again soon. Also recommend Chipshop which is just down the road,More excellent trails.
You need to get a day pass to ride there.Or you might be asked to leave.

Buy a 12v car battery and make a lead up to connect it,You can buy 12v cigarette lighter extension leads(http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/2M-Car-cigarette-Cigar-Lighter-DC-Extension-Lead-Cable-/190431903121?pt=UK_ConsumerElectronics_PowerAdaptors_SM&hash=item2c56a03d91),buy one cut the male end off and connect these wires to the battery,You can then use a standard car battery charger to keep the battery topped up.

I would ride it for a while,It might be the way you are riding it,I would thing you might need to increase the front fork pressure, and/or increase low speed compression.

    Is the rear sagging correctly,25-30%.

A large with an extra 1/2 inch in the tt, medium seatpost, conehead steerer, maxle, ano orange, White decals ti ano levers. Wc boxxers, saint drivetrain, hope pro 2 on 823. You know the usual

Very nice.Noticed on the Anodized orange that the colour varies, depending if its anodized tube or machined billet.
Are you having a CCDB or Vivid?

Used to ride my Nicolai FR which was about 35/36 out all the time,Including 20+ mile xc rides

Got a Nicolai ION which is 40+lbs and i ride it to and from my local spot its about 3 miles each way,Its ok on the flat and going down, you can feel the weight on the climbs.

    – Think you will need to speak to a Cannondale dealer to see if they do a Cannondale 1.5" to a true 1.5" steerer fork.I cannot find any on the internet,All i can find is Cannondale adapters too 1"1/8

    nicolaisam

NicolaiSam – From my extensive investigations, it seems they are. I was also reliably informed that a 1-1/5th headset would fit in the frame. I just thought that it would already have one in there after removing the existing headshok. God hopes that this is correct. Mind you, how could Cannondale sell the Gemini with 1-1/5th forks or their other bikes with 1-1/8th then?

I had a gemini and ran 1"1/8 boxers on it,It used adaptor cups that were available from cannondale as a standard 1.5" headset with 1"1/8 Internal wouldnt fit.

Poldice valley has plenty of DH and Freeride jumps and drops. What type of riding do you like? There is a coast to coast type of trail there but i find it incredibly dull and boring.

Coast paths are good from St Agnes back to Portreath.Plenty of Campsites all over the place.

If you want i could take you for a local XC/Trail ride on a Saturday or Sunday and maybe an early evening ride once i finish work.I am in the Redruth Area.

Just check the lever is returning properly,Sometimes they dont fully return which means it cant refill the master cylinder. You might need to carefully push it back

Buy some 6.5" adapters and buy a set of Rainbow or Helix.Spend some money on sound deadening the doors. Will be a massive improvement.

Keva-They worked fine on rocks,They continuously get cut up and stones would cut through the casing,Not pinch punctures.
Absolutely the worst tyre i ever wasted my money on.

I would avoid mud-x's if there are any rocks or you ride hard,Mine continuously punctures, ripped and required a tube after 2 rides, due to the amount of cuts and holes in them.

Maxxis medusa's are a little better but i would say Swampthings.Very good wet conditions tyre
