I had an 08 spot and greased it about every 4 weeks unless it was a very bad winter ride, then i would grease it every 2 weeks.

This was probably overkill but it kept it very smooth.I would do about 30-50 off road miles per week, every week all year round.

I had to remove one of the shock bolts to allow the swing-arm to move so i could get a grease gun onto the Zerk.

Just remember to clean the zerk with a rag before greasing so you dont push grit into it when greaseing. And it dosent need much grease,i would push grease in it until the grease gun went very stiff and you couldnt push it easily.

Had a CCDB on my Nicolai Fr and used that for 6 months,as a do everything bike,There was no slack or wear.
May be caused by excess flexing of the rear of the bike loading the bushes.

I brought heavy duty ones from TF tuned shox.

Sounds like he is going to be a DH rider. One of my kids is 10 now and she was so clumsy,How the hell she made it to 10 i dont know,Now she loves her pony and has been chucked off a couple of times, she just gets back on.Dont worry about it,kids are nearly indestructible.

You will need to add Vat and import duty. This will add about another 25% so it will be about the same price as a Nukeproof

I have a 4×4 turbo, same engine as vrs,Blown a coil pack and had some new front disks and pads fitted in my 3 years of ownership.
Vrs is a very good car,Get it remapped makes it into a flying machine,Only other thing is if it has the white part in the seats, they are a nightmare to keep clean.
Also pop the panels off under the windscreen and check that the drains into the wings are free from debris and leaves,if they block it allows water to run into the passenger footwell.
As above, have a sump guard fitted they are very low and are made of aluminium so dont like being bumped to often.

Its fine to use a wax as its not abrasive and dosent remove the super guard.I always put wax over Diamond brite and Silver seal, which are the same type of products.

I used an electric panel heater with a thermostat and timer, when my little girl was younger,Her room was very cold in the winter, didnt seem to cost to much to run,Think it was a 1kw panel.

It only a sealant,Nothing special,Dosent last and can leave the car looking dull if it isnt applied properly.
If its for free,i wouldnt complain,I would be very tempted to apply a few coats of good Wax,Victoria wax or Collinite.
2 mitts and a bucket, didnt realize there was any other way,You could always use a nice sponge, dont forget to drop it on the floor a few times 😯 😯

The coast path from St agnes to portreath is a blinder mate.Big climbs and steep descents.St Agnes up the coast is quite good,Some stunning bits of singletrack and awesome sea views.
