Check out Chris kings website,it has service instructions on there.
Sounds like its pushed the rubber seal out,As above remove the spring clip, and replace the rubber seal carefully and refit the clip,Its a bit fiddly.

Also Devilles seem to ride higher in the travel.Even with the same amount of sag,Less dive and faster recovery

Devilles are available in 140mm or 160mm and soon 170mm.1 1/8″ only ta the moment but soon will have a tapered version.
The 140mm versions have the same Axle to crown height as a Revelation 150mm.
Had my set of 140mm Devilles since the end of last year, done hundreds of miles on them,Faultless,No stripping every 20 hrs,No stiction,Just ride them and clean them after the ride,Spray with Silicon and they are ready to ride next time.
Bos forks are brought at either 160 or 140mm,to get them down to 140mm they cut something inside,It can be reversed but its quite expensive.
Roger at R53 is very helpfull and has answered all my questions, and usually very quicly

Both of mine,Use one for xc/trail the other is my play bike/dh/fr.

    Both amazing bits of kit

I have ridden both of the forks and i weigh 225lbs and i am 6ft2.For trail/xc the revelations were excellent,a little bit of flex under hard braking, but a very good fork,The Lyriks are overkill for xc/trail,they are very stiff but are more an All mountain/Fr fork.
If you are xc/trail riding i would definetely go for the Revelations,I sold mine and brought some Bos Devilles reduced down to 140mm,heavier than the Revs but are an amazing fork and at a good price at the moment

You can grease them the old fashioned way,They are the same as a King headset, remove the spring clip carefully, then remove the rubber seal very carefully,Clean out with degreaser, dry and then repack with grease.

Also make sure the bearing preload adjuster is not too tight.

when it was serviced did they change any bearings or seals,if they did they need to break in.
If you serviced it,it sounds like the lube is too thick,Maybe its the cold weather

As long as you can fully compress the fork when both air chambers are empty,It will make very little difference,If any at all.

Jad-That frame looks very small for the seat position to be that high, and have a setback post.
I would say your frame was too small for you.
