Did one of these at work the other day.Used the small Park puller,There is a special tool that fits in the end of the crank axle that gives you something to put the puller against.

Sounds like a lack of grease from new.

My garage had an alarm,sensors on both doors,and a movement detector.Also has a very very loud extra siren fitted in there.
Alarm is hooked to my house alarm.

Bike frames are locked to each other with a D-lock and wheels forks have cable locks aswell.All locked to a floor loop.

Have seen this a few times,Usually because it was used one loose.

You need to gently tap around them from the other side,with a long thin punch.

On one we had to find an axle that was a good fit into the adaptor and gently tap it from side to side,to get the retaining ring to move.

Its an adaptor that fits against the bearing,that then has a reatining coller pressed in to stop them falling out.

They are a nightmare as there is no way of removing them.
I am wondering if you brought a big expanding floor bolt,if you could expand it in the adaptor only and then knock it out from the other side

If its the same as some of the skodas.Tells you the coolant is low.The sensor plays up if the weather is very cold…You need to clean the 2 prongs that are in the coolant tank..

Will new teeth work out more expensive than buying the new forks…?

I am 6ft2″ and have used a 58cm,Felt really good,I would say a 60cm should be fine,But without seeing you sat on one its difficult.

Didnt need to remove them,the 1st one you removed is the self extractor retainer,the 2nd is the crank arm bolt.
Put the crank bolt back in.Then refit the retainer ring.

You should be able to undo the crank bolt and it will push the arm off as you undo it..

Please check as you undo the crank arm bolt that the retainer isnt undoing aswell.It should stay still.
