    I have a AC 650b. Had a 26″ AC before.

Thing i noticed the most on it are very stiff rear end,New ones have Longer top tube and slacker head angle, makes the bike very stable at high speeds and is amazing descending, but still climbs like a goat.
The 2 Travel settings make no difference to geometry. In my opinion i wouldnt run it with a 130mm travel fork unless it has a very long Axle to crown height,Bb height is quite low with a 150mm Revelation and i think you would run the risk of lots of pedal strikes if running a 130mm fork.
I am waiting for the new 160mm 650 Pike to land on our shores..Should bring even more fun to an excellent all round bike.
Can be built up easily to 28 lbs inc reverb.

ISCG hammerschmidt mount on a Nicolai looks like this
Had this on my Old AC,the bb shell and the face of the mounts need to be perfectly faced.

    70-80 miles a week,usually in 2-3 rides,usually about 7000 ft of climbing per week.

Struggled at the beginning of the year, have now lost 2 stone and am getting fitter.

    Emailed Halfords.

    They have emailed back,have refunded.

Seems that my local shop have no idea what was happening, never phoning back and telling me lots of wrong information.

And that will be the last time i ever use them.

    Worst customer service ever.

If the Offer was wrong, they should have emailed and cancelled my order within a few days maximum and not 3 weeks later when i complain

The 2 bits at the top are a GXP adaptor kit for fitting Truvativ/Sram

The washer goes on the drive side axle between the bb and the arms on the axle, not sure if its used if fitting to Shimano cranks.

I have used them on Flow rims running tubeless with sealent, worked amazingly, and plenty of grip, found they were better at 20-25 psi
