waiting for baggage and customs 45 mins
driving home 15 mins

thats a total of 6hrs!

only took me 9.5 hrs to drive to london in the comfort of my nice warm car with music and no pain in the arse checkout girl telling me i have to pay for that extra 1 kilo which will be 10000000000 euros!

and its a little adventure.

fuel and ferry costs were, 260 euro. too altogether.

i like to be bigger, i lost alot after i came off my bike and hurt my shoulder and trying to get back to that point if not a little more.

i weigh only 95 kilo and im 6ft5.

toning muscle doesnt appeal to me as i find this looks over keen, especially on a beach with your abs haning out and posing. im not a poser!!! ;)

im pushing 120kg on bench press on rail machine… or 100kg normal bench type.

im doing sets of 5-6.. 7 being the optimum fail. (about to poo if i push/pull anymore ;) )

im not big but i want to become bigger.

see i think my diet then is the fail tbh.

i try to watch my weight alot because i gain weight very quick around my belly. Even healthy veg seem to stick it seems lol

so i will try and get a 1lb for every kilo and see how that goes ;)

i did it last year to tide me over 2 months, worked my arse off every night and extra shifts!!! worked about 60 hrs a week, took home 1350 a month plus tips (which are actually really good, 20+ on a fri/sat)
also they give 1 pound pizza u deliver for fuel. i put 5 pound in my ped for the week!

delivered about 25 a night from 7 till 1, so 25 quid extra a night for me.

i used to make so much like this i never touched the 1350 in the bank.

great way to make some quick money and i would do it again and im 25!!! even though its a poopy job, the money was great and fooookin easy. No one screaming at you. out and about, ipod in earning good cash.

nope sorry thats wrong, they are pump controlled.

you can just bolt on a turbo and injectors and a air filter and torque the head down a bit and get gains. it dont work like that.

also its proven and shown in my experience that these shitty k&n filters which are oil based **** maf sensors completly.

the oil sticks to the wire in maf sensor which inturn gives false reading about air temp and pressure and then the ecu puts more or less fuel in thus giving pre det or pinking leading to bigger problems.

I used to tell customers to unbolt them and to bolt the standard boxes back on. this is for standard cars.

tuned or tuning cars is different. because if your tuning a car you will 1st and foremost put tbs on so you would have socks or trumpet filters its you have to but you wont be soaking it in the oil they provide just a light spray but you also wont have a maf in the sense of like you will on a standard road car.

from a mechanic point of view, ONLY DO IT IN OLDER ENGINES! the new engine now are way to precise to do it on and you will get problems from it.

if you no better then do it but as a mechanic i used to do it on my 306 but wont do it on my newer vw.

my mate just bought it, we was out on sat with it. they do come up small. he bought a large and was smaller than my supreme.

maybe mine just felt a bit bigger. but yes they are great and rides well too

i ride with only 1 bike. a dh bike BUT i am looking into getting a city bike as its impossible to ride mine other than down hill lol

so no i think if your a xc rider its definatly possible. even more when you have a ht.

if you got good flats and good freeride trainers your feet dont slip.

i rode in the shittest conditions other day wet, muddy dh track and my feet were planted even when i had to bail at one point, its the idea that i can kick my bike away mid jump if all is looking bad lol
